Flexible conductive material is an important basis for the development of smart clothing.Silk fibroin(SF)and graphene are compounded to make flexible conductive materials with mechanical,biocompatible and biodegradable properties,which can be used in smart clothing,flexible wearable electronic devices,flexible wearable sensors,etc.In this paper,the Graphene dispersion solution was naturally dried to form the film,and then covered with SF solution to prepare the composite film with double-layer structure,in order to avoid the decrease of electrical conductivity of the material caused by SF wrapping graphene.The main research contents and results are as follows.1.Preparation and characterization of Graphene Oxide(GO)and GO/SF compositemembraneGO was successfully prepared by the improved Hummer method.GO film wasprepared on glass sheet by the method of static drying.The optimal preparation conditions of GO film were discussed.Then GO film was covered with SF solution to prepare GO/SF composite film.The mechanical properties,surface resistance and cross-section structure of GO/SF composite film were characterized.The results show that the optimum conditions for preparation of GO film are as follows:GO concentration is 6mg/m L,solution volume is 500?L,and drying temperature is 60 oC.The results show that the surface resistance of GO/SF composite film is about 19 M?·square-1,the breaking strength of composite film is 42.78 MPa,and the elongation at break is 3.72%.Compared with pure SF film,the breaking strength of composite film has little change,but the elongation at break is increased.2.Preparation and characterization of reduced Graphene Oxide(rGO)and rGO/SFcomposite membranerGO was prepared with hydroiodic acid,glucose and ascorbic acid(Vc)as reducingagents.Then rGO film was prepared,and the surface resistance of the film was tested,and the composite properties of rGO and SF were studied.The results show that the GO solution can be reduced by hydroiodic acid,VC and glucose,and the dispersion of rGO reduced by glucose is better than that prepared by hydroiodic acid and VC.When GO film is reduced reduced by three kinds of reducing agents,the film can be formed by the reduction of hydroiodic acid and VC,but it can not be formed by the reduction of glucose.The rGO prepared in GO solution with glucose as reducing agent has good binding ability with SF,and the composite film with double-layer structure can be prepared.3.Study on Ag/graphene/SF composite filmsAg/graphene composite was successfully prepared by in-situ reduction method withglucose as reducing agent.The effects of Ag content,reaction temperature and reaction time on the surface resistance of the composite film were studied,and the best preparation process was obtained.The resistance of the composite film was tested.The results show that:the Ag/graphene/SF composite is successfully prepared.When the Ag content in the reaction system is 20%,the reaction temperature is 95 oC,and the reaction time is 1.5h,the surface resistance of the composite film is the smallest,and the film surface resistance is about 150 k?·square-1,the breaking strength of composite film is 41.68 MPa,and the elongation at break is 2.14%.Compared with pure SF film and GO/SF composite film,the breaking strength of composite film has little change,but the elongation at break is decreased.
