Taking Xinji Coal Mine's water control area as the main research area,the geological background of the research area is analyzed,and the Carboniferous limestone aquifer in Xinji Coal Mine is the main control object,carried out horizontal multi-branch directional grouting treatment research and formed a complete set of ground directional grouting treatment construction technology.Optimum directional drilling equipment,directional equipment and grouting equipment,condensed the directional drilling geosteering technology,study the technical parameters of grouting treatment,formed grouting treatment technology,the combined method of surface and underground is used to verify the effect of grouting treatment.Researched the well-forming technology of multi-branch horizontal wells,including MWD wireless technology while drilling,directional drilling control technology,etc.Designed the well structure of multi-branch horizontal wells,drilling trajectory control technology,logging technology,analyzed drilling simple hydrological observation and mud configuration requirements.Optimizing the evaluation index of the project construction,There are: drilling structure,cuttings logging,gamma logging while drilling,MWD wireless inclinometer while drilling,logging while drilling,mud logging,simple hydrological observation,temperature observation of drilling fluid inlet(outlet),hole depth error recording and verification,conventional logging,down-pipe cementing quality,drill tool assembly and drilling process parameter record,bedding rate of branch drill holes,branch drilling spacing along the layer,high pressure water test,high pressure grouting,etc.The evaluation index of grouting construction quality is put forward.The high pressure water pressure test includes: pressure,flow,time,permeability,permeability coefficient,the end of pressurized water standard.The high pressure grouting includes:grouting layer,grouting spacing,grouting material,slurry performance,grouting pressure,pump volume,end standard of grouting,grouting method,the amount of grouting,etc.The effect of grouting treatment was evaluated and verified.Abnormal changes in data such as cuttings logging,gamma logging while drilling,MWD wireless inclinometer while drilling,logging while drilling,mud logging,simple hydrological observation,temperature observation of drilling fluid inlet(outlet),high pressure water,high pressure grouting,etc.Exploring the geological anomaly area,concealed faults and other vertical concealed structures.Use branch jumping,The construction method of skip injection,The minimum distance from the cuttings logging cement point to the grouted branch is taken as the diffusion radius of the high-pressure cement slurry,evaluate the effective coverage of grouting treatment.Use ground monitoring holes near the treatment area to analyze the dynamics of the groundwater level before and after grouting,combining downhole geophysical prospecting and drilling exploration,verified the effect of grouting treatment,proved the reliability of the results of exploration and governance.This dissertation includes 32 figures,15 tables and 91 references.
