Mine hoisting equipment occupies a particularly important position in coal production,and the safe operation of mine hoisting equipment is often inextricably linked with the hoisting load.Failures such as jammed tanks,loose ropes,over-loading,and unloading will all cause hoisting loads.The change of the hoisting load can reflect the current load condition and further reflect the type of dangerous fault.Therefore,it is necessary to monitor and diagnose the hoisting load.Therefore,this paper uses the stator current of the hoisting motor as the signal source,establishes the correlation model between the stator current and the hoisting load,explores the load monitoring method based on the stator current,and completes the prediction of the current load value based on the current.The dangerous load fault diagnosis method of deep belief network has completed the identification of 4 types of dangerous loads,and finally built the software and hardware platform of the test system.First,the electromechanical coupling equation of the stator current and load of the hoisting motor is established.The transmission link of the hoisting load and the stator current is simplified into three main parts,namely the lifting part,the main shaft part,and the motor part.The wire rope of the lifting part is simplified through the differential equation to obtain the current movement speed and tension change;Simplify the physical model of the main shaft,complete the equivalent of the moment of inertia at the motor shaft and transfer torque;simplify the motor part through vector control and coordinate transformation,establish the relationship between the stator current and the electromagnetic torque,and finally pass the torque The kinetic equation completes the connection of the three parts and the model is established and analyzed in simulink.Secondly,the load monitoring method based on the stator current of the hoist is researched.Based on the establishment of the electromechanical coupling equation between the stator current and the load of the hoisting motor,a load monitoring method based on the hoist current-load coupling equation is proposed,and the results are further analyzed through experiments.In addition,it is also proposed A hoist load monitoring method based on ?-SVMR,and a comparative analysis of the two through experiments,finally put forward a comprehensive and self-selectable hoist load monitoring program.Thirdly,the fault diagnosis method of dangerous load based on deep belief network is researched.The monitoring of the load alone cannot effectively identify and alarm dangerous loads.Therefore,the deep belief network has carried out in-depth mining of the current signal,and extracted a total of 31-dimensional features in the time domain,frequency domain,and time-frequency domain to be substituted into the deep belief network.Training,using the powerful feature extraction and classification capabilities of the deep belief network to achieve high-accuracy classification of the four dangerous loads.Finally,based on the above load monitoring and fault diagnosis methods,a set of load monitoring and diagnosis testing system based on hoist stator current is designed.The system includes hardware construction and software design.The hardware system mainly introduces the selection and layout of the hall stator current sensor,acquisition card,power supply,etc.,and the software system mainly introduces the interface design of the host computer and the program of the main functional modules.block diagram.The paper has 61 pictures,16 tables,and 73 references.
