Because of the high selectivity, simple preparation and low cost,MIPs have been widely used in the field of medicine and pharmacy. In this paper, functional MIPs materials were prepared and combined with electrochemical detection for rapid enrichment and detection of anthocyanins in plant extracts. This paper aimed to further explore the application of molecular imprinting technology in natural active ingredients. In this work,a novel adsorbent was synthesized by using surface molecular imprinting technology, dummy template molecular imprinting technology, magnetic technology and pH-responsive technology, which can be used for rapid enrichment and electrochemical detection of anthocyanins in fruits.Using quercetin as dummy-template,4-vinylphenylboric acid and methacrylic acid as functional monomers, molecularly imprinted materials were synthesized on the surface of magnetic particles. The best preparation conditions were determined by studying the solvent, the ratio of template to functional monomer and template to cross-linking agent. The microstructure and composition of the adsorbent were characterized by scanning electron microscopy(SEM),transmission electron microscopy(TEM),Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR),N2 adsorption-desorption,thermosgravimetric analysis(TGA),vibration sample magnetometer(VSM),particle size analysis and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS).The adsorption kinetics and isotherm showed that the adsorbent fit the pseudo-second-order adsorption kinetics and monolayer adsorption model.Dummy-template molecularly imprinted polymers(DMMIPs)with magnetic and pH-responsive properties had shorter kinetic equilibrium time, higher selectivity and better adsorption capacity than their structural analogues.Through covalent bond, hydrogen bond and spatial structure, the adsorbent bond to the anthocyanins containing cis-diol under weakly alkaline conditions. The binding capacity and imprinting factor of the dummy-molecular imprinted polymers were 59.22 mg/g and 1.56,respectively.Finally,it was prepared as an electrochemical sensor, which combined with electrochemical detection could realize the rapid,real-time and field detection of anthocyanins'content in blueberry and grape skin extracts. The results were consistent with the literature reports, and this study provided a new idea for the rapid enrichment and quantitative detection of effective active ingredients in plants.
