As the world’s energy problems become more and more prominent,countries are paying more and more attention to the development of heavy oil fields.Since most heavy oil conforms to the rheological law of power law fluids,and has the characteristics of high viscosity and poor fluidity,which results in the difficulty of fluid pumping and low pump efficiency,this article discusses the pumping pump in a power law fluid environment.The following studies have been conducted on the hydraulic characteristics of:(1)Through the design of orthogonal experiments,Fluent software is used to simulate the flow characteristics of the interstitial fluid.The influence of factors such as clearance,pump diameter,plunger length,plunger movement speed,pressure difference,etc.on leakage and friction is analyzed.In addition,the consistency coefficient and power law index are considered separately to make the results more in line with actual working conditions.Expression of loss and friction.(2)The characteristics of the power law fluid passing through the pump valve were simulated,the distribution of the pressure field and the velocity field were obtained,and the valve opening degree,the valve flow rate,and the influence of the fluid physical properties on the pressure loss were analyzed;the valve was obtained.The regression expression of flow rate and pressure difference,consistency coefficient and power law index,the regression expression of flow rate and valve flow rate,consistency coefficient and power law index.(3)Based on the quasi-static research results of the oil well pump,a mathematical model describing the motion law of the valve ball was established,and the motion law curve of the valve ball in the power law fluid was obtained,and the effect of different factors on the motion of the valve ball influences.Based on the law of valve ball movement and plunger movement,and using Fluent software,the synchronous solution of the valve ball and plunger movement and the flow field is realized,and the volume of fluid entering the pump under different conditions is obtained;the consistency coefficient and power law are analyzed The influence of factors such as index on the fullness of the oil well pump.
