Wind energy,as an inexhaustible and inexhaustible energy,is becoming more and more popular among the world.As the key component of wind power equipment,the performance and life of the bearing directly affect the life of the wind power equipment,so the structure and performance of the steel for wind power bearing are required to be high.Firstly,taking wind turbine bearing ring as an example,the cooling model of temperature field is established and the heat transfer is analyzed by finite element method.Based on the characteristics of rapid heating and rapid cooling in cyclic quenching,a uniform cooling device for bearing rings is designed,which can ensure the uniformity of temperature change during cooling.Secondly,the deformation resistance model of 42 CrMo steel was established by Gleeble3500 hot compression test,and the CCT curve model was simulated by JMat Pro.The accurate deform database model of 42 Cr Mo steel was obtained,and the content changes of austenite,bainite,martensite and pearlite in 42 Cr Mo steel under cyclic quenching process were obtained.Then the austenite evolution law of 42 CrMo steel was studied and analyzed by experiments.It was found that the austenite was completely austenitized at 860? for 30 min.The factors such as quenching temperature,holding time of steel above AC3 and cycle times in the cycle quenching process were investigated,and the influence of these factors on the microstructure of 42 Cr Mo steel was analyzed.Cyclic quenching can promote the elimination of tissue heredity.Finally,the wear,surface hardness,tensile strength and impact toughness of 42 Cr Mo steel were tested after three,four and five heat treatment processes,and compared with the conventional heat treatment.The wear test shows that the friction coefficient changes very little,the wear rate of the material after the cyclic quenching is smaller than that of the conventional heat treatment method.The wear resistance of the three times of the cyclic quenching is the best,which is increased by 40.1%;the microhardness value of the surface after the cyclic quenching is improved compared with the conventional heat treatment,and the maximum of the five times of the cyclic quenching is 31.06%;after the cyclic quenching,the elongation rate is improved,and the best three times is raised The results showed that the impact toughness of the cyclic quenching treatment was improved by 87.74% and the strength decreased slightly.The impact toughness of the cyclic quenching treatment was improved by 21.13 times,and the best was 3times.
