The symmetrical four-roller plate rolling apparatus is a rolling facility with easy construction and high precision,which plays an irreplaceable role in industrial manufacture.Its handle course is to put the sheet between the over and under rollers,and get drums of many radii by adjusting the pushing amount of the over rollers,so as to meet the needs of the most of manufacturers.However,in response to diversified needs,the disadvantages of the past rolling course have become more and more stand out.For example,for the manufacturers of real accuracy parts,experienced workers need to constant adjust and test and find the best course parameters to avert bending back,which wastes a lot of human and material resources.Therefore,it is necessary to develop a modern rolling course way to fit to the improvement of world.Through this article,the analytic ways,simulation's ways and machine learning way are used to compute the pushing amount of roller circle.The common rateable tools are used to contrast the exactitude of three ways.First,the analytical method describes the process of roll forming,uses the equation of little inflect flat resilience to study the bending back,compute the radius of inflect of the drum before resilience,and uses the geometric model to obtain the expression of the roll radius and the upper roll reduction.Secondly,the simulation's ways is used to simulate the real process of four roll coiling.the relationship between the cylinder radius and the upper roll reduction is found by continuously adjusting the reduction,and the corresponding reduction results are obtained directly.Finally,the machine learning way proposes a prediction algorithm based on support vector machine(SVR)and random forest(REF).Use test information to train for many times to form a best model,and the rolling radius,elastic modulus,plastic shear modulus,yield stress and other parameters are input into the model to obtain the rolling down pressure.In this experiment,Through contrast the nature targets of many ways,the REF algorithm has significant advantages in forecasting the four-roller roll reduction pressure,and can achieve a variety of plate nature,multiple plate sizes and multiple Simultaneously forecasting a radius,with the increase of data,the forecast precision continues to enhance.very suitable for the needs of industrial production.
