Rolling mill stiffness refers to the sum of the elastic deformation of a series of load-bearing components,from the roll system to the stand,under working pressure.It is the main index to analyze the rolling precision of rolling mill,and it is also one of the important parameters to analyze the rolling stability and troubleshooting reasons.In addition,the stiffness of the rolling mill will decrease with the uneven wear of the relevant parts,which will lead to accidents.Therefore,it is necessary to monitor and analyze the rigidity of rolling mill in real time.At present,in rolling mills,roller maintenance personnel usually export the original data used for stiffness calculation manually at intervals,and then manually complete the calculation of rigidity related technical indicators,the arrangement of tables and the drawing of the curve of change,and finally get the decision recommendations.The traditional rolling mill stiffness acquisition method has low efficiency,long period and high error rate,which cannot provide data support for real-time analysis of rolling performance of rolling mill equipment.Therefore,based on the actual situation of a hot rolling production line in a domestic rolling mill,a complete set of rolling mill stiffness data acquisition and analysis system is established in this paper,which can automatically complete the collection and calculation of stiffness related data,and grasp the trend of variation of stiffness related technical indexes in real time.First of all,by studying the relevant knowledge of rolling mill stiffness and the related technology of industrial Internet,and combining with the actual situation and demand of steel mills,the overall framework of rolling mill stiffness data acquisition and analysis system is determined.Secondly,this paper designs the data acquisition system for industrial field deployment.When the data acquisition communication is completed on the internal network,the phenomenon of packet bonding and disassembling is found.Therefore,a communication method based on variable length protocol is designed to customize the message and complete the data acquisition and parsing.The data is transmitted to the cloud server through the communication module after preprocessing.In order to ensure the stability of data transmission,a communication module backup method based on the heartbeat mechanism is designed,which can automatically complete the switch of the standby module when the working module is down.Deploy a data receiving program and database storage management system on the cloud server to realize the receiving and classified storage management of data.The remote analysis and monitoring of the rolling mill stiffness is completed by using the data-driven diagnosis method.The variation trend of the stiffness related technical indexes is drawn into a curve by designing the client software interface,so as to directly reflect the variation of the rolling mill performance.Finally,configure the operating environment required by the system,test the operating status of the system and verify the data results.The results show that the system runs well and the data results are accurate,which has met the needs of enterprises.The data acquisition and analysis system of rolling mill stiffness designed in this paper can reduce the labor intensity of workers,contribute to the digital management of equipment,and provide a reference case for other engineering projects.
