With the rapid development of economy and technology,people have never stopped exploring the ocean.Super austenitic stainless steel has excellent corrosion resistance and good mechanical properties,and has been widely used in the development of marine resources,among them,when it is in service in the motion systems of some marine equipment,such as ship power plant,the water hydraulic transmission device and underwater working robot arm,corrosion and wear are inevitable.Therefore,it is very important to study the corrosion and wear behavior of materials in the marine environment.In this paper,two kinds of super austenitic stainless steel as the research object,high Mn content elements and add the Ce mark is 654-1,low content of Mn no element Ce marked as 654-2,contrast studied their electrochemical properties and corrosion and wear properties,and further study of the different load and electrochemical state of super austenitic stainless steel corrosion wear behavior and the influence of the interaction mechanism.The electrochemical performance test results show that the corrosion currents of 654-1 and 654-2 super austenitic stainless steels are 1.221×10-7 A and 3.049×10-7 A,respectively.The impedance resistors of 654-1 and 654-2 super austenitic stainless steels are 1.836×106and 8.869×105?·cm2,respectively.654-1 shows better corrosion resistance.The results of corrosion wear test show that wear can accelerate the corrosion effect obviously,and the volume loss can be reduced by applying cathode potential.The volume loss of 654-2 is large,the surface damage is serious,and there is slight spalling.With the increase of the load,the promotion of the corrosion effect by wear increases,the corrosion current of 654-1 super austenitic stainless steel increased from 1.168×10-5 A to 7.511×10-5 A,and corrosion rate was significantly increased.The corrosion and wear mechanism and surface morphology under different loads are different.Under the wear load of 50 N,the wear mechanism of 654-1 stainless steel is abrasive wear and the surface roughness is low.Under the wear load of 150 N,the wear mechanism changes to delamination wear.Delamination wear not only leads to the formation of"corrosion micro-batteries",which increases the corrosion rate,but also is the main reason for the increase in surface roughness.In the corrosion and wear process under different loads,pure friction wear plays a dominant role,especially under high wear loads,which increase pure friction and wear and reduce the interaction of corrosion and wear.With the increase of the applied potential,the surface state of 654-1 super austenitic stainless steel changes,the corrosion current increases,and the corrosion rate increases significantly.The wear mechanism gradually changed from abrasive wear to corrosive wear caused by friction at high anode potential,and the interaction of corrosive wear began to play a dominant role instead of pure friction wear.
