Copper and aluminum metals are easy to be oxidized, and It's surface oxidation will hinder the interlayer cold-rolling composite, the Cu/Al composite requires a large rolling reduction rate to obtain a good bonding effect of the composite plate. As it is reported from some relevant documents,by two-pass rolling at room temperature to composite plate, better comprehensive properties of composite plate can be get,and can reduce the need of rolling force. Therefore, the study of the preparation of Cu/Al laminated sheets by two-pass rolling has important theoretical meaning and application prospect. This work set the preparation of two-pass rolling method of Cu/Al laminated sheets as research object, and discussed the feasibility between different craftsmanship of rolling and annealing heat treatment processes of Cu/Al metal, the bonding results of Cu/Al laminated sheets by one-pass rolling and second-pass rolling were compared, and the Cu/Al laminated sheets deformation law during the process of rolling, the thickness variation law of copper layer and aluminum layer were compacted, the influence of different two-pass rolling craftsmanship on interface morphology and interface bonding quality was analyzed, the finite element simulation was used to verify the accuracy of experimental result. The main research content is as follows:(1)For the problem that interlayer parameters of the finite element model of secondary rolling is difficult to determine, interlayer parameters were preliminary determined by the empirical formulas, then establish interlaminar cohesive unit for stripping simulation with debugging method, then start stripping simulation, compared with the actual stripping result and simulated stripping result, interlaminar mechanical parameters under the reduction rate of 50%,60% with first-pass were determined.(2)Through the macroscopic comparison of the samples with rolling passes, microscopic observation of the interface and stripping experiment, the initial bonding reduction rate and the bonding mechanism of the contact interface of Cu/Al laminated sheets with different rolling passes were analyzed; At the same time, the main factors affecting the interface bonding of double pass rolling were studied, and the finite element model was established to determine the discriminant conditions of the critical bonding.(3)According to the difference of the deformation behavior of copper and aluminum in the rolling process, the principle of different two-pass rolling of Cu/Al laminated sheets was analyzed through the analysis of experimental samples and finite element simulation; The bonding properties of Cu/Al composite plate after secondary rolling were studied by interface observation and peel test.
