Titanium is an important structural metal.Titanium alloy is an alloy composed of titanium based elements and other elements.TB6 titanium alloy is the core material used in the manufacture of aviation parts.The premise of studying the properties of TB6 titanium alloy is to quantitatively analyze the primary ? phase structure of titanium alloy.Detection of primary ? phase profile is one of the key steps to quantitatively analyze its phase structure.To solve these problems,according to the characteristics of primary aphase structure of TB6 titanium alloy,based on human visual mechanism,using the multi-scale and fixed-view fretting characteristics of human visual mechanism,A contour detection algorithm based on fretting human visual mechanism model is constructed to detect the primary ? phase profile and calculate the characteristic parameters of primarya phase structure.The TB6 titanium alloy phase image analysis system is designed to visualize the analysis results and improve the robustness and accuracy of the analysis TB6 titanium alloy material.The specific contents of this paper are as follows:Firstly,a novel micro-motion-based multi-scale non-classical receptive field suppression algorithm for TB6 titanium alloy primary ? phase profile detection is proposed.With the combination of computer vision technology and human vision mechanism,a new non-classical receptive field suppression model based on fretting is introduced to simulate the spatial characteristics of primary ? phase.Based on the minimum scale contour map,the information map of TB6 titanium alloy primary ? phase is constructed to judge the deviation of other scale contour information.Secondly,a novel TB6 titanium alloy primary ? phase profile detection algorithm based on micro-movement is proposed.the novel classical receptive field response model with fretting characteristics is constructed based on the fixed-view fretting mechanism of human vision: the fixed-view fretting characteristics of visual nerve cells are simulated by a Gabor filter at different offset angles;the response energy of different offset angles and gaze centers is obtained by competitive mechanism to obtain the optimal energy response of primary ? phase;and the optimal energy response of TB6 alloy primary ? phase is suppressed by a non-classical receptive field suppression model based on fretting.Lastly,Design and implementation TB6 titanium alloy metallographic image analysis system based on fretting human vision mechanism.The system analyzes the TB6 titanium alloy metallographic image by human-computer interaction,the metallographic image analysis results and the primary ? phase quantitative analysis result are visualized.
