In the coal mine production process,after a certain part of the coal body is taken away by mechanical equipment,the underground cavity produced is the goaf.The existence of goafs will cause the deterioration of coal mining conditions,causing deformation of coal bodies and roadways in adjacent mining areas,and accidents such as collapse and roof fall.What is more worrying is the high-speed airflow caused by the sudden collapse of the goaf And shock waves may cause casualties.All these pose a serious threat to the safety of coal mines.Therefore,reserve coal pillars with reasonable widths for goaf support,and reasonable and effective artificial support for coal pillars in the goaf,supplemented by a reasonable coal pillar rock pressure detection and early warning mechanism,are to ensure mining An effective way to maintain stability in the goaf before the area resources are fully exploited.Reserve coal pillars in the goaf with a reasonable width value,not only can reasonably reduce the cost of coal and rock mass management and control around the goaf,but also ensure the stability of the supporting coal pillars and ensure the safety of mine production It can also increase the resource recovery rate of mines and improve the economic benefits of enterprises.The reasonable and effective artificial support of the coal pillars in the goaf can not only reduce the cost of mine materials,but also further enhance the stability of the coal pillars in the goaf.Supplemented by a reasonable coal pillar underground pressure detection and early warning mechanism,it is helpful for the mine to detect the stability of the coal pillar in the goaf in real time.In the early stage of stability degradation,safety measures can be implemented in time to ensure that the coal pillar in the goaf is supported Long-term stability of performance.This research topic has always been the key research object in the world's mining field,but there is no unified conclusion yet,and the conclusions are quite different,suitable for coal pillar widths ranging from 1 to 5 meters or even 20 to 50 meters.At present,the width of the supporting coal pillar in the goaf of No.9-10-11# coal seam in the second mining area of Xinyang Coal Mine is 30 m.Whether the coal pillar size is economical and reasonable has become an urgent problem for the mine.This article will take the 21107 fully mechanized top coal caving face in the second mining area of Xinyang Coal Mine as the research object.Through the 9-10-11## coal seam,the upper and lower coal and rock masses The conditions,geological structure,and mechanical characteristics are analyzed theoretically,and a reasonable value of the coal pillar width of the goaf should be 20 meters through theoretical calculation.And based on the data,a numerical simulation model of the artificial support system for the coal pillars in the goaf was established,and finally an effective artificial support scheme composed of anchor cables and bolts was determined for the coal pillars in the goaf.
