Comprehensive gas treatment technology mainly includes t wo aspects: one is gas treatment with wind;the other is gas drainage.Adopting a reasonable and effective method of gas drainage is essential to ensure the effectiveness of gas drainage in the mining area.Proper selection of the method not only saves tim e and effort,saves money,but more importantly,good results can double t he result with half the effort.This paper takes the 9# coal seam 91305 working face of Biying C oal Mine as the research object.Aiming at the problems of complex working face structure,abnormal gas emission,and difficult gas control,according to the geological conditions of Biying Coal Mine and the occurrence conditions of the coal seam itself,the research found In the process of continuous advancement of the working face with th e requirements of the production schedule,the goaf in the mining area of the coal face is pressured to cause the roof to naturally straddle and backward.After the overflow of gas,the part from the goaf is from the upper corner The corners continue to flow to the return air lane,causing abnormal gas gushing,and the upper corner of the gas concentration is high.According to the requirements of Biying Coal Mine,in line with the comprehensive management principle of "priming extraction,and equal emphasis on ventilation system gas exhaust and management",it is necessary to do a good job of digging(mining)while extracting,and solve abnormal gas emission and overrun at the same time.Pre-draining work to achieve the production requirements to ensure t he mining operation under the low gas state of the mine.The application i ncludes methods such as theoretical calculation and field testing,and fully considers the characteristics of the Biying Coal Mine's production methods,while ensuring the normal safe production of the Biying Coal Industry 9# coal seam 91305 working face and preventing the upper corner gas concentration from exceeding the limit.In the end,a more reasonable design plan is drawn: construct a gas drainage drilling site in 91210 return airway,and the corresponding gas drainage hole construction personnel will construct the corresponding long-distance roof gas drilling according to reasonable parameters to make it to 91305.G as drainage is performed in the goaf behind the working face,w hich has the effect of mining and drainage.At the same time,it is equipp ed with the uniform layout of the coal seam boreholes,first pre-draining the working face,and then injecting water to cool down the temperature,reducing dust and other comprehensive means combined with the adjustment design of the ventilation system to ensure the safe and normal production of the 91305 working face.In addition,specific parameters such as the extractio n and dust control technology,the corresponding one-pass and three-prevention design,the drilling construction standards and the reason able selection of the drilling site location are also clarified;finally a new idea about the 9#coal seam gas control in Biying Coal Mine is formed.The safe production of Biying Coal Mine laid a strong theoretical foundation.
