The grouting method is a common technical method to control the deformation of the surrounding rock and improve the stability of the surrounding rock.At present,grouting reinforcement engineering has been widely used,but due to the concealment of grouting engineering,the development of grouting theory lags far behind engineering practice,and grouting engineering,especially fracture grouting,still lacks scientific theoretical guidance.The final diffusion distance of grout in the fissures and the influence of grouting on the rock mass structure are difficult to ascertain;the determination of grouting parameters and the design of grouting projects depend largely on construction experience,and these problems severely restrict the development of grouting theory.In this paper,a combination of theoretical analysis and numerical simulation is used to study the law of grout diffusion for grouting reinforcement in fractured rock masses for rock masses with no groundwater influence and only simple cracks and no more pores,and analyze the different flow patterns of grouts.The slurry diffusion morphology,diffusion range,slurry pressure distribution and change law in a single fissure and intersecting fissures.The main results of the research are as follows:(1)According to the different rheological curves of the slurry and the water-cement ratio,the slurry fluid is divided into different flow patterns such as Newtonian fluid,Bingham fluid,power law fluid,etc.,by establishing a single fissure slurry diffusion calculation model,based on some basic Suppose,according to the fluid constitutive equation and the governing equation,the pressure loss of the slurry is taken as the research object,and the diffusion equation of the slurry with different flow patterns in the fracture is derived.(2)According to the grout diffusion equation and the grouting control equation,the main factors affecting the grout diffusion are analyzed in three aspects: grouting process factors,grout factors,and crack factors.According to the established slurry diffusion equations of different flow patterns,appropriate parameters are selected from the three factors that affect slurry diffusion to design the working conditions,and the laminar flow module and fluid-solid coupling module of the COMSOL Multiphysics numerical simulation software are used to establish a single fractured slurry diffusion The model,based on the principle of single variable,analyzes the influence of various factors on the range of slurry diffusion,slurry pressure distribution,and crack deformation.(3)Establish the cross-fracture grout diffusion model,refer to the law of single-fracture grout diffusion,set 7 working conditions,select the appropriate parameters of grouting process factors and fracture factors according to the principle of single variable,and analyze the effect of branch fracture opening,branch fracture position,and slurry flow rate.The influence of slurry diffusion range and slurry pressure distribution.
