During post-harvest handling,mechanical damage to the fruit due to various factors such as vibration,shock,friction will accelerate the physiological metabolism of the fruit,which is not conducive to storage and sales.In this paper,kiwifruit and Chinese bayberry fruits were used as research objects,and the effects of vibration and drop on the physiological and biochemical indexes of fruit during post-harvest logistics were studied.Investigated the effects of different packaging methods and drop surface on fruit quality after transport vibration and drop impact.The main contents and results of this study were listed as follows:1.Effect of different sorting box material on the storage quality of kiwifruit during sorting process.Effects of corrugated paper(CP)boxes,high density polyethylene(HDPE)plastic box,and expanded polystyrene(EPS)foam box on the quality of kiwifruit during sorting process were investigated.The results showed that using the foam box as the sorting basket,the kiwifruit had the smallest bruise volume,the bruise index was 40.6%,the weight loss rate was 4.6%,the hardness was significantly higher than that of CP group and HDPE group,which are 40.4% and 25.4% higher,respectively.It can delay the ascent of soluble solids content,reduced respiration intensity,ethylene release,relative conductivity and malondialdehyde content,reduced fruit vibration damage and quality degradation,keep antioxidant enzyme activity at a low level.Expanded polystyrene(EPS)foam box maintained the good storage quality of kiwifruit.2.Effect of different anti vibration pads on storage quality of kiwifruit under simulated transportation conditions.Effects of expanded polystyrene(EPS)pad,polyvinyl chloride(PVC)pad and self-developed expandable polyethylene(EPE)pad on the quality of kiwifruit after simulated transportation were investigated.The results showed that compares with PVC pad and EPS pad,the weight loss rate of EPE group was 4.0%,the soluble solids were 4.2%and 3.1% lower than those in the PVC group and the EPS group,respiration rate was 16.8%and 7.4% lower than those in the PVC group and the EPS group,respectively,and ethylene production was 20.8% and 14.7% lower than PVC group and EPS group,respectively.It can maintain high hardness and delay the decline of relative conductivity and malondialdehyde content,keep antioxidant enzyme activity at a low level.It can maintain the post-harvest quality of the fruit and had important application value in the post-harvest circulation process of kiwifruit.3.Effects of different e-commerce logistics packaging on storage quality of Chinese bayberry fruits under simulated transportation conditions.Effects of three common packaging methods on the quality of Chinese bayberry fruit after simulated transportation were investigated.The results showed that compared with foam box + plastic basket(P1)and corrugated paper box + plastic basket(P2),foam box+ blow molding granule tray packaging(P3)can maintain good sensory quality of Chinese bayberry fruit after simulated transportation,the decay rate was 65%,the weight loss rate was 4.6%,and the hardness was significantly higher than that of in group P1 and P2,which were respectively 14.2% and 6.2% higher.Additionally,it can better delay the decline of water loss,fruit hardness and ascent of soluble solids content,reduced therespiratory intensity,ethylene release,relative conductivity and malondialdehyde content,keep antioxidant enzyme activity at a low level.It can maintain the post-harvest quality of the fruit and had important application value in the post-harvest circulation process of Chinese bayberry fruit.
