With the rapid development of science and technology,electronic devices are widely used in the military and civil fields,which brings great convenience to human survival and development.At the same time,the electromagnetic pollution also seriously affects human health and living environment.Therefore,the research of absorbing materials is of great significance.In this paper,Fe3O4/Ti3C2Tx,Fe3O4/carbonyl iron and Ti3C2Tx/Fe3O4/carbonyl iron composites with different morphologies were prepared by solvothermal method and in-situ formation method,respectively.The microstructure,phase composition,electromagnetic properties and microwave absorbing properties of the composites were systematically studied:(1)Flower-like Fe3O4/Ti3C2Tx composites were prepared by solvothermal method.It can effectively improve the impedance matching and increase the peak reflectivity.At5.25 GHz and 16.98 GHz,the peak reflectivity is-33.98 d B and-30.84 d B respectively,and the effective absorption bandwidth is 2.21 GHz and 1.96 GHz.(2)Flower-like Fe3O4/flaky carbonyl iron composites were successfully prepared by solvothermal method.When the mass of flaky carbonyl iron is 0.3 g and 0.5 g,the microwave absorbing properties of the composites show"geometric effect".When the thickness of sample S1 is 5.0 mm,the peak reflectivity is-20.37 d B at 4.49 GHz and-11.24 d B at 15.96 GHz,respectively.When the thickness of sample S2 is 4.5 mm,the peak reflectivity reaches-17.70 d B t 5.17 GHz and-29.03 d B at 17.66 GHz,respectively.(3)Ti3C2Tx/flower-like Fe3O4/flaky carbonyl iron composite was prepared by solvothermal method.With the increase of the mass ratio of Ti3C2Tx,the peak reflectivity of the composites increases.When the Ti3C2Tx content is 20 wt%,the peak reflectivity at9.59 GHz is-45.85 d B,and the effective absorption bandwidth is 3.32 GHz.(4)Polyhedral Fe3O4 was formed in situ on the surface of carbonyl iron with different morphologies.With the increase of p H value,the mass and particle size of Fe3O4on the surface of carbonyl iron increased.The formation of Fe3O4 can effectively adjust the electromagnetic parameters of the material.(5)Combining Ti3C2Tx with carbonyl iron/polyhedron Fe3O4 with different morphologies can effectively increase the reflectivity peak of the material.The peak reflectivity of Ti3C2Tx/spherical carbonyl iron/polyhedral Fe3O4 composite at 8.40 GHz is-42.9 d B,and the effective absorption bandwidth is 3.74 GHz.The peak reflectivity of Ti3C2Tx/flaky carbonyl iron/polyhedral Fe3O4 composite at 9.16 GHz is-52.1 d B,and the effective absorption bandwidth is 3.32 GHz.
