Polypropylene(PP)and polyethylene(PE)are the most commonly used general-purpose polyolefin materials.They are widely used due to many reasons such as low cost,wide applicability,and simple and convenient handling.Under the influence of the rapid development of the petroleum industry in the 21 st century,research on the high performance of polyolefin materials such as PP and PE is quite popular.Among them,the research method of synchrotron radiation is more efficient and accurate.Although the carbon skeleton structure of PP and PE is similar,the compatibility is very poor,so the performance becomes better and more economical through modification.In this experiment,the PE-PP block copolymer and the PP-based PP-PE random copolymer(PP-based elastomer)were blended and modified to improve the compatibility of PP and PE.By differential scanning calorimetry(DSC),synchronous Radiation wide-angle X-ray diffraction(WAXD)and synchrotron radiation small-angle X-ray scattering(SAXS)have studied the crystal structure and crystal crystallization process of blends and the compatibility of blends.A systematic in-situ dynamic analysis of the INTUNE/VERSIFY blending system with different components was carried out.The results found that: through the analysis of the thermal analysis results,it can be seen that the composition of the INTUNE/VERSIFY(3:7)blend has the best compatibility.This conclusion can be further proved by analyzing the results of wide-angle and small-angle X-ray diffraction.In order to improve the performance of polymer films and reduce costs,plastic additives have become indispensable compounds.Some of the polymer film functional additives will affect the optical and mechanical properties of the film.In order to further study the reasons for these effects,this work uses the optical profiler to study the addition of fluorinated additives(PPA)and erucic acid manufactured by the same process.The relationship between surface structure and properties of amide polyethylene film.The results found that: PPA helps reduce film surface undulations,thereby reducing the friction coefficient and orientation of the film,and improving optical properties.Erucamide increases the film surface undulations,but because it reduces the refractive index of the film surface,it does not reduce the optical performance.The small size of erucamide particles makes the film have better optical properties.It also helps to evenly distribute on the surface of the product and better reduce the coefficient of friction.At the same time,it also helps to reduce the friction between molecular chains during processing,thereby weakening the orientation of the product and making the film performance more uniform.
