Electrolyte materials are an necessary part of lithium-ion batteries.During the development from liquid electrolytes to solid electrolytes,self-healing electrolyte materials have been proposed and applied to lithium ion batteries.However,in the current self-healing electrolyte materials,there are problems such as complicated preparation process,external environment influence,and poor self-healing rate,which affect the practical application.Through experimental design,the ionic association with rapid response characteristics is applied to the electrolyte material,so that the material can obtain part of the ability of rapid self-healing,and the problem of self-healing electrolyte material in the current application environment is solved to a certain extent.In this paper,two new self-healing electrolyte materials were prepared through two different intrinsic self-healing mechanisms.The electrolyte material based on the four-fold hydrogen bond is to graft Upy unit on the PVA polymer matrix to prepare PVA-Upy membrane material.The other electrolyte material based on Ionic association is a PEG-DMAPS membrane material with fast mechanical self-healing ability and rapid electrochemical self-healing ability by copolymerizing PEG with traditional solid electrolyte and DMAPS material.FT-IR was used to characterize the molecular structure of the above two materials,and the effects of different monomer ratios on the thermal stability,glass transition temperature,mechanical properties and self-healing properties of the copolymers were investigated.Further using the above self-healing material as an electrolyte material to assemble a half-cell,the electrochemical performance test proves that the material can be used as an electrolyte material with excellent performance in lithium-ion batteries,and the coin-type battery constructed by it has a good cycle stability and rate performance.At the same time,the electrolyte can provide good self-healing efficiency for the specific capacity of the battery.
