The C-C coupling reactions play a very important role in the organic synthetic chemistry. It has been widely used in the field of synthetic natural products, pesticides, pharmaceutical intermediates and fine chemicals. It is one of the most effective means to construct the carbon skeleton of complex and compounds.C-C coupling reactions include Suzuki,Heck,Sonogashira,Negishi,Kumada reaction.Among them,Suzuki-Miyaura and Heck coupling reactions are often used to synthesize important biaryl compounds, and it is of great significance to synthesize catalysts and high tolerance of a wide range of substrates. In recent years,palladium-based catalysts have achieved rapid development and become the focus of research by chemists. In this paper,a novel N-heterocyclic carbene palladium(?)complex and three types of other nitrogen-containing ligands were synthesized. The nature and function of them are studied and discussed.1.A new bis-NHC palladium complex,(C13H9N2F2)2PdCl2,was synthesized by a three-step reaction and characterized by 1H NMR and 13C NMR spectroscopies as well as by X-ray crystallography. This new bis-NHC palladium complex had excellent stability and was capable of efficiently catalyzing the Mizoroki-Heck coupling reaction of aryl halides with acrylates.2.Three types of nitrogen-containing compounds have been synthesized and their structures were characterized by 1H NMR and 13C NMR spectroscopy. The original reaction conditions and processing steps were adjusted and optimized, and the coordination ability with the metal was preliminary explored and discussed.
