| Organic co-crystal is multi-component crystal formed by the ordered arrangement of two or more organic molecules through non-covalent bonding between molecules,such as hydrogen bonding,halogen bonding and π-π interaction,etc.The supramolecular complex can have characteristics derived from their constituent units,that is,the function of the co-crystal is a combination of the functions from the original components(1+1=2).In addition,co-crystals can also have some novel properties(1+1>2)that are not found in single-component materials.Therefore,exploring the relationship between the structure,internal driving force of the cocrystal and performance,and deepening the theoretical research of the eutectic are of guiding significance for the control and preparation of various high-performance functional materials.This article is based on the rational design,controlled preparation and novel performance in the field of organic optoelectronics of organic co-crystals.The main innovations are as follows:1.The STC organic co-crystal functional material with rectifying properties was prepared for the first time by a simple solution evaporation method.The strong charge transfer interaction between the donor and acceptors is the main driving force of the molecular self-assembly process.The analysis of the single crystal structure of the organic eutectic proves that the donors and acceptors in the eutectic adopt a mixed packing mode with a molar ratio of 1: 1.The test results of eutectic materials show that the material has stable rectification performance,and the rectification ratio reaches 26.The experiment provides important reference for the future to obtain stable,high-performance organic rectifier materials from simple,inexpensive and easily available small organic molecules by co-crystallization method.2.Tolane and TCNB were selected as donors and acceptors respectively and TTC organic co-crystal with integrating photoelectric properties were designed and prepared successfully.The three-dimensional bulk organic eutectic was obtained by the solution method,and the organic single crystal field effect transistor prepared based on the material has obvious P-type transmission performance.At the same time,the fluorescence spectrum shows that the material has strong fluorescence properties,and obvious yellow-green fluorescence can be observed with the naked eye.In addition,the fluorescence quantum efficiency is 4.56%.Besides,TTC eutectic at room temperature also showed strong phosphorescent emission performance.In this experiment,by selecting a reasonable design idea,an organic co-crystal material with integrating optoelectronic properties was prepared for the first time,which provided a reference for directional acquisition of multifunctional materials. |
