In this paper,firstly,SEBS/EVA blending materials,SEBS/LDPE/SiO2 aerogel blending materials,SEBS/paraffin oil blending materials are prepared by melt blending method,and then supercritical nitrogen is used as the physical blowing agent,and intermittent hair blowing is adopted.The foaming process has prepared SEBS/EVA foaming materials,SEBS/LDPE/SiO2 aerogel foaming materials,and SEBS/paraffin oil foaming materials.To study the effects of different blending ratios on the vulcanization properties of SEBS/EVA blends,and the effects on the mechanical properties and reciprocating compression properties of SEBS/EVA blended foam materials;to study the effects of different SiO2 aerogel dosages on the SEBS/LDPE blends The effect of the vulcanization performance of the mixed material,and the effect on the foaming performance,mechanical properties,compression performance and thermal conductivity of the foamed material;finally,the effect of different amounts of crosslinking agent on the foaming density and the amount of paraffin oil on the foam The influence of the microstructure and physical and mechanical properties of the foam material.The effect of different blending ratios on SEBS/EVA blended materials shows that as the content of SEBS increases,the vulcanization speed becomes slower and slower,and the vulcanization degree of the entire SEBS/EVA system is correspondingly reduced,so the vulcanization degree of the system appears Declining momentum.For SEBS/EVA blended foam,with the increase of SEBS content,the tensile strength and tear strength of SEBS/EVA blended foam material gradually decrease,and the mechanical strength of blended foam material is between that of pure EVA foam and Between pure SEBS foam,but the elongation at break increases with the increase of SEBS content.SEBS itself has good softness and elasticity.After being blended and foamed with EVA material,the elasticity of the foam material is improved,and the cells of SEBS/EVA foam material have a tendency to gradually become larger,which is comparable to the compressive strength of pure EVA material.Compared with the maximum stress,the maximum stress and compressive strength of the blended foam are significantly reduced,but the elasticity of the foam becomes higher and higher.The effect of different SiO2 aerogel content on the SEBS/LDPE blend material shows that with the increase of the SiO2 aerogel content,the vulcanization speed of the blend material has been higher and the degree of vulcanization has been improved.With the increase of SiO2 aerogel content,the tensile strength of SEBS/LDPE/SiO2 aerogel blended foam materials gradually increases,but the elongation at break first increases and then decreases.The addition of SiO2 aerogel significantly improves the hardness and strength of the material,but also reduces the elongation of the blended foam material and reduces the elasticity of the foam.SiO2 aerogel increases the average stiffness and average modulus of the SEBS/LDPE blended foam,and enhances the mechanical properties of the foam material.At the same time,as the content of SiO2 aerogel increases,the SiO2 aerogel particles are evenly distributed in the blend.On the cell wall of the foam,the thermal conductivity is significantly reduced,which can be effectively used in the field of thermal insulation.The influence of different amounts of crosslinking agent on the foaming density and the influence of the content of paraffin oil on the microstructure and physical and mechanical properties of the foam material indicate that the blended foam material of SEBS and paraffin oil increases with the increase in oil extension.The torque gradually decreases,the vulcanization speed becomes slower and slower,and the scorch time and normal vulcanization time become longer and longer.By analyzing the mechanical properties of SEBS foams with different oil-extended amounts and consistent density,it is found that as the oil-extended amount increases,the tensile strength and tear strength of SEBS foam materials decrease,and the resilience first increases and then decreases,and the hardness Decrease,the elongation at break also decreases with the increase of the oil-extended amount,indicating that the increase of the oil-extended amount will reduce the strength of the entire foam material.However,the cell size increases with the increase of oil filling.Temperature and oil filling have a greater influence on the compression performance of SEBS foam.The increase of oil filling and temperature will cause the pressure of SEBS foam to increase.
