A simple and feasible one-step method was reported to synthesize hydrophilic FePt nanoparticles(NPs)in this thesis, applying for the removal of organic pollutants in wastewater. The main contents are described as follows:(1)Hydrophilic Cys-FePt NPs(2-3 nm)was synthesized using Fe(Cl O4)3·x H2O and K2Pt Cl4 as raw material,L-cysteine(Cys)as ligand in aqueous phase. The NPs were systematically characterized by TEM,XPS,XRD et al.Cys-FePt NPs showed great catalytic degradation performance against common organic pollutants in wastewater.Effective reduction of rhodamine B(Rh B)and 4-nitrophenol(4-NP)was achieved with Na BH4 as reducing agent.Methylene blue(MB)was degraded efficiently under the help of H2O2.In addition,Cys-FePt NPs exhibits superparamagnetism at room temperature so that can be recycled and reused.(2)GSH-FePt NPs stabilized by reduced glutathione(GSH)were prepared by the same method, which exhibited similar properties to Cys-FePt NPs.Cys-FePt NPs exhibited nanozymes properties of catalytic H2O2 in the first part,so the peroxidase-like activities of Cys-FePt NPs and GSH-FePt NPs were analyzed by steady-state kinetic and electrochemical method in this part. The results showed that both Cys-FePt NPs and GSH-FePt NP have superior performance than horseradish peroxidase(HRP)towards adsorbing and catalyzing of H2O2,and the rate constants were 5.92 and 7.18times of HRP respectively.Using the peroxidase-like properties of Cys-FePt and GSH-FePt NPs degrade the tetracycline in wastewater effectively. The wide p H range and magnetic recyclability of both Cys-FePt NPs and GSH-FePt NPs make it possible for practical production applications.
