Interfacial solar water evaporation technology is a green and sustainable solution to the shortage of energy and fresh water resources,and has potential application value.To realize efficient solar-driven interfacial water evaporation,the water evaporation system must have the following three characteristics:(1)broadband and high absorption in the whole solar spectrum;(2)Appropriate thermal management;(3)Micro/nano structure favorable for water transport.In order to obtain efficient water evaporation,Ni Co2O4/glass fiber composite materials were prepared by coating/calcination and Cu Cr2O4/borosilicate glass were prepared by solid-phase sintering.The related properties of solar water evaporation were studied as follows:1.With Co(NO3)2·6H2O and Ni(NO3)2·6H2O as raw materials and NaOH as precipitator,Ni Co2O4 precursors were prepared by liquid phase precipitation method.Then,the precursors were sintered with glass fiber at high temperature to obtain the composite materials with significant hydrophility,light absorption performance and solar water evaporation performance.The effects of different sintering temperatures,different Ni Co2O4 loads and different light intensities on the light absorption and solar water evaporation properties of the material were studied.The optimum sintering temperature is determined to be 700?,and the optimum loading of Ni Co2O4 is 5mg/cm2.Under the wet state,the absorbance in the whole solar spectrum can reach about 1.2,and the evaporation efficiency is as high as 84.12%under one-sun illumination.The evaporation efficiency reaches an optimum value of 98.37%under two-sun illumination.The Ni Co2O4/glass fiber composite has stable chemical properties and has a wide application prospect in seawater desalination and wastewater treatment containing organic dyes.2.With copper chromium black and G6 high borosilicate glass powder as raw materials,the composite material was obtained through solid phase sintering,which was placed on the polystyrene foam wrapped by gauze to form a solar water evaporation system.The effects of different powder ratio and different sintering temperature on the solar water evaporation performance of the samples were studied.The prepared composite material has good hydrophilicity.The composite sample has good light absorption property with absorbance of about 1.0 at wet state.The optimal sintering temperature is about 900?;the optimal mixing ratio of Cu Cr2O4powder and borosilicate glass powder is 4:6;and the evaporation efficiency of the suitable sample from the optimal preparation parameters is 79.65%under one-sun illumination.The water evaporation system has a wide application prospect in seawater desalination and wastewater treatment.
