In high outburst mines,the gas control in coal roadway seriously restricts the connection between mining and excavation,so how to improve the gas drainage effect in coal roadway has become a very important scientific and technical subject.Coal and gas outburst danger exists in coal mines in Guizhou,Yunnan and Sichuan provinces in China,which are generally faced with problems such as difficult gas control,slow excavation speed and tight mining connection.Therefore,it is necessary to change and improve the gas control level,relieve the current situation of tight connection,reduce production costs and achieve safety and high efficiency.In this paper,the geological conditions of the mine are used as the main research background,and the technical methods of field test,laboratory test,theoretical research analysis,numerical simulation calculation,and field industrial test are used to determine the basic gas parameters of the m ine's geological test work area.Exploratory research has been carried out on the reasonable layout of the bottom roadway and the efficient gas extraction technology.The main work and research results of the paper are as follows:After a lot of experiments,it is determined that the mine is a coal and gas outburst mine,and the two main coal seams(16 coal an d 18 coal)are all coal seams that can be extracted.Through field tests and laboratory experiments on the main coal seam of the mine,the basic industrial parameters,porosity,initial release velocity,gas content,gas pressure,borehole attenuation coefficient and coal seam permeability coefficient have been systematically tested,and The main factors that affect the safe,efficient and rapid excavation of the roadway are obtained,which provides powerful basic data for the follow-up work.Propose a three-dimensional and three-dimensional gas efficient treatment plan for coal seam driving face.Comprehensive consideration of various influencing factors such as stratum,transportation,excavation and drilling construction,clarify the layout of the bottom roadway,propose gas control measures in coal and gas outburst coal seams,coal and gas outburst coal seam gas control measures,and hydraulics Punching networked pressure relief and antireflection technology.Through on-site industrial tests,the effects of gas treatment and tunneling have been verified.Through the three-dimensional and efficient gas treatment of the coal and gas outburst coal seam heading face,the gas out-of-limit and outburst risk prediction is basically eliminated,and the monthly advancement length reaches 200m,ensuring the safe and rapid excavation of coal roadways.
