Holographic technology uses interference recording and diffraction reproduction methods to record and read three-dimensional information.The storage of information requires a holographic storage material with the ability to record holographic information,with which it can record and reproduce the amplitude and phase information of the target object.Photopolymer is an important kind of holographic storage materials.It is an organic polymer material composed of a monomer system,a photoinitiated system,and a thermal initiation system.Because of its simple preparation process,low price,and no need for wet chemical treatment,The advantages of high diffraction efficiency have become a key research object in the field of holographic storage materials.The main content of this article includes:(1)This article first discusses the development of photopolymers in detail,compares and analyzes several types of photopolymers with different monomers,and fully investigates the performance of photopolymers with acrylates as monomers.The research status,elaborated the characteristics of polymethyl methacrylate as a photopolymer substrate,analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of adding different types of photoinitiators into the substrate and improved methods.The grating formation mechanism of doped and undoped nano-particle photopolymers is described.(2)A new type of thick photopolymer Irgacure 784/PMMA was prepared by the improved thermal polymerization method.The basic principle of the recording volume holographic grating was described,and the optical properties of the photopolymer material with a high concentration of photoinitiator Irgacure 784 added to the methyl methacrylate substrate were studied and analyzed,and the best photoinitiator was explored through experiments Diffraction efficiency and response time determine the optimal concentration range and recording conditions of each component.The new photopolymer was used to record and reproduce holographic images.(3)SiO2/Irgacure 784/PMMA materials doped with silica nanoparticles,TiO2/Irgacure784/PMMA doped with titanium dioxide nanoparticles and GO/NMP/IRG 784/PMMA doped with graphene oxide were prepared.The comparison of the diffraction efficiency and response time of the polymer material with the Irgacure 784/PMMA material without doped nano-particles shows that the photopolymer doped with silica nanoparticles has a higher diffraction efficiency of volume holographic gratings,and has a record The ability to multiplex and store multiple holograms for holographic images.The addition of titanium dioxide nanoparticles will cause serious scattering and reduce diffraction efficiency.The phenomenon that occurs when GO/NMP-doped photopolymers are recorded during grating recording analysis.
