Research On Financing Risk Evaluation Of Core Enterprises Under Low-carbon Supply Chain

Under the background of vigorously developing low-carbon economy,the implementation of low-carbon emission reduction will inevitably lead to the increase of enterprise cost and investment,which makes enterprises face huge financial pressure.Reducing financial pressure of individual enterprises through cooperation and emission reduction among supply chain enterprises can not solve the problem fundamentally,so supply chain financing has become an important way to solve this problem.Because there are many participants in supply chain,we should pay more attention to risks of supply chain financing while paying attention to the performance of supply chain financing.In supply chain financing,because the core enterprises are in the dominant position,financing risk will easily spread to the core enterprises.If the core enterprises have problems,it will trigger the default risk of upstream and downstream enterprises in supply chain.How to build a risk evaluation index system and how to evaluate risks has become the first problem to be solved in financing of core enterprises in supply chain.In this paper,the literature on low-carbon supply chain,core enterprise supply chain financing and supply chain financing risk is sorted out.Based on the related concepts and theories such as low-carbon supply chain,supply chain financing,risk management and cloud model,evaluation of core enterprise financing risk from the perspective of low-carbon supply chain is studied.Through theoretical identification,risk evaluation index system is initially constructed,and then the primary indicators are screened by correlation analysis and discrimination analysis.Finally,risk evaluation index system is established,which includes five first-level indicators and 27 second-level indicators including macro environment,non-core enterprise qualifications,core enterprise strength,supply chain operation status and financing project assets status.By comparing the commonly used weight calculation methods and risk evaluation methods,this paper combines cloud model with AHP-Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,and puts forward Cloud-AHP weight calculation method and Fuzzy cloud model comprehensive evaluation model.Finally,taking LY core enterprises as an example,the evaluation index system and evaluation model constructed in this paper are verified in practice,thus ensuring the feasibility of the index system and evaluation model.
