The winch hoist is a very important electrical equipment in industrial production activities,and it is an indispensable part in the transportation of personnel,equipment,and materials.The drive system of the traditional winch hoist is composed of an asynchronous motor plus a reducer and then connected to a coupling,but the drive system of the traditional winch hoist also has many problems: Low efficiency,complex mechanical structure and excessive intermediate transmission devices cause the transmission chain to be lengthy and easy to break,requiring frequent replacement of parts.The winch hoist adopts a low-speed and high-torque permanent magnet synchronous motor,which can effectively solve the above series of problems.Aiming at the characteristics of frequent start-up,short-time work and wide load range of the winch hoist,this question mainly made the following research:First,design a permanent magnet synchronous motor for winch hoist with a rated power of 12 k W and a speed of 16.37 rpm.According to the structural characteristics of the hoist itself,it is analyzed that the copper consumption of the motor is relatively large,and the loss distribution should be adjusted reasonably to reduce the copper consumption.It is determined that the working status of the hoist is mostly light load mode,and the highest point of work efficiency is set at the load rate of 50%.Determine the inner diameter of the rotor from the two aspects of output torque and mechanical strength.In the design process,this paper compares and analyzes the main dimensions,pole slot coordination,air gap length,and permanent magnet pole arc factor of the permanent magnet synchronous motor used in the winch hoist,through the load characteristic experiment of the prototype,the rationality of the motor scheme was verified and the design requirements were met.Secondly,the permanent magnet synchronous motor used in the winch hoist needs to face frequent starting,braking,and a wide range of load changes in actual operation.However,the motor adopts an outer rotor structure with high torque density and limited heat dissipation capacity,so that the winch hoist is partially The temperature rise problem is more prominent.This paper uses Workbench three-dimensional finite element analysis software to analyze the heat dissipation capacity of the prototype under natural cooling conditions,no-load state and rated load state.The temperature rise test was carried out on the prototype,and the comparison analysis experiment and the simulation temperature rise curve verified the correctness of the loss calculation and temperature field analysis method,and ensured the safe and reliable operation of the motor.Finally,the statics and dynamics analysis of the motor spindle and drum are carried out,and the respective forces and actual loads of the motor spindle and drum are analyzed.Use Workbench to perform finite element analysis,complete the application of loads and constraints,and calculate the maximum stress and maximum displacement deformation of the motor spindle and reel in actual operation,master the force distribution on the motor spindle and reel,and check whether the size design of the motor spindle and reel is reasonable,it is of great significance to ensure the safe and stable operation of the motor and extend the service life of the hoist.
