Electromagnetic pollution and national defense construction promote the research of absorbing materials.The composite absorbing material not only improves the defect that a single material cannot have both dielectric loss and magnetic loss,but also improves the impedance matching of the whole material,so that it can meet the performance requirements of strong absorption capacity and wide absorption band.The construction of micro-nano structure of ternary nanometer absorbing materials is one of the important ways to improve the absorbing performance of materials.The purpose of this paper is to synthesize nano-composite absorbing materials with multiple loss mechanisms,and to synthesize Mo S2/Co Fe2O4 nano-materials with Mo S2 nano-flowers as the carrier.On the basis of Mo S2/Co Fe2O4,Mo S2/Co Fe/C nanocomposites were synthesized by calcination of glucose as carbon source in nitrogen atmosphere.The differences of absorbing properties of Mo S2,Mo S2/Co Fe2O4and Mo S2/Co Fe/C materials were compared by characterization tests of structure,morphology and electromagnetic properties,and the loss mechanism of the materials was analyzed and discussed.The growth of Mo S2/Co Fe/C nanocomposite on the surface of basalt fiber and glass fiber was explored.The results show that MoS2/CoFe/C composites not only have excellent wave absorption performance,but also can control the electromagnetic properties of the composites by controlling the concentration of carbon source and the calcination temperature,so as to meet the demand of wave absorption in different frequency bands.When the calcination temperature is 700°C and the molar ratio of glucose to cobalt chloride is 2.25:1,the absorbing performance of Mo S2/Co Fe/C nanomaterials is the best.When the thickness is 3 mm,the composite material has the best reflection loss of-42.5d B,and the effective frequency band below-10 d B can reach 4.8GHz.The nanostructure MoS2/CoFe/C was deposited on the surface of basalt fiber and glass fiber in situ,and the Mo S2/Co Fe/C basalt/glass fiber composite was obtained.With the help of the fiber matrix,a large amount of agglomeration of powder materials was avoided.The maximum reflection loss of the modified basalt fiber composite material is up to-20 d B,and the effective absorbing frequency band width is 4 GHz,which can be used as a kind of excellent absorbing fiber.In addition,Mo S2/Co Fe/C-basalt fiber composites are expected to be used as reinforcement fibers in composites and play a role in the integration of structure and function,which provides a new idea for the development of civil absorbing materials.
