| In recent years,with the gradual increase of large-scale bridge steel structure project orders,the construction of welding process database and related database has been widely concerned by relevant researchers.It is more and more important to combine the actual welding production with a series of advanced technologies such as database and expert system.With the development of the times,there are some problems in the traditional welding database,such as the failure of deformation prediction;Welding data can be easily changed,it is difficult to trace,and it is difficult to meet the needs of welding researchers.In order to solve these problems,this thesis analyzes the field of the combination of welding and computer at home and abroad,and takes the establishment of large bridge steel structure welding process database system as the goal,analyzes the database requirements in detail.On this basis,Delphi interface software and SQL Server database software are used for joint development.According to the requirement analysis,the database system structure is designed,including user management module,main interface module,welding process module,welding deformation prediction module and welding data sharing module.In the process module,inference engine is used to recommend welding process;The sharing module uses SQL server and IPFs based blockchain database to store welding data;The deformation prediction module uses MATLAB software and genetic algorithm to optimize BP neural network to predict welding transverse deformation,longitudinal deformation and angular deformation.According to the system structure design,the database system is developed and tested.The modules of welding process,welding deformation prediction and welding data sharing are programmed and tested to verify its feasibility.The new process is highly feasible;BP neural network optimized by genetic algorithm is more accurate than BP neural network;The welding process can be traced through blockchain storage.According to the previous development test,the function interface of the system is introduced.Through the user management interface of human-computer interaction to enter the main interface of the system,and the main interface can enter each module.It can browse,search,print and maintain the welding process files,and provide standard WPQR process qualification report,PWPS and WPS process specification for welding researchers;Through the analysis of the existing process,the best welding parameters are selected;The welding deformation is predicted and analyzed.If it does not meet the specification,the welding deformation of large bridge steel structure can be corrected;The welding data sharing platform is established,and the process parameters are uploaded for data storage and sharing.The welding process can be traced,and the welding information can be read in real time and in other places to meet the requirements of the project. |
