High-performance carbon fiber reinforced thermoplastic composite materials are widely used in aviation,aerospace and other fields.automatic placement technology can greatly improve the molding efficiency of carbon fiber reinforced thermoplastic composite materials because of its high efficiency and low cost.However,our country's research in related fields is relatively backward.Research on the key technology of automatic placement of carbon fiber reinforced thermoplastic composites is of great significance to the improvement of our country's manufacturing capacity in related fields.Based on the carbon fiber automatic placement process and technical characteristics,this thesis designs the carbon fiber automatic placement system,completes the structural design and the design of the control system;research on the temperature field during the automatic placement of carbon fiber reinforced thermoplastic composites;research the method of curved surface and plane trajectory planning,and analyze the laying performance;Analyze and optimize the automatic placement process parameters of carbon fiber reinforced thermoplastic composite materials.The main research contents are as follows:Complete the design of the carbon fiber automatic placement system and perform error analysis.Determine the composition and principle of the laying system;mainly design the structure of the laying head,determine the structure and working principle of each functional module;design the control system of the laying system,determine the overall design plan,design the tow transmission control scheme according to the characteristics of the laying head,and research the temperature control scheme;finally,the physical construction of the laying platform is carried out;using BP neural network to compensate the error of the laying platform.Study the temperature field during the automatic placement of carbon fiber reinforced thermoplastic composites.Determine the process route of the temperature field,establish the mathematical model of the temperature field,determine the relevant process parameters in the temperature field;simulate and analyze the laying process through finite element simulation,and determine the mold heating,layer preheating and hot air heating in the temperature field The law of the influence of the temperature on the layer;through the experimental method,determine the influence of different parameters of the preheating lamp and the hot air gun on the layer,and determine the heating change law of the layer in the temperature field through the laying experiment,and compare with the simulation results to determine the heating parameters.Taking the surface of the underwater unmanned robot as the research object,determine the trajectory planning method of the revolving surface and the plane laying,and analyze the laying performance.According to the laying requirements,determine the revolving surface and plane laying path planning method;analyze the laying performance to determine several laying defects and reasons that may occur during laying;develop a program to verify the algorithm,and generate laying paths.Research the laying pressure and laying speed to determine the optimal laying process.Through finite element analysis,analyze the influence of different pressure rollers on laying;through experiments,analyze the influence of different laying pressures and different pressure rollers on the quality of laying tow,and determine the range of laying pressure;analyze the different laying pressures Under the speed,the temperature changes of the tow in different layers,according to the surface quality of the tow and the temperature requirements of the tow,select the range of the laying speed,and determine the influence law between the process parameters,select the appropriate laying process and carry out the track laying test.
