With the advancement of technology and economic development,smart products with a variety of integrated functions have greatly enriched our daily lives.The continuous emergence of new technologies and concepts such as tangible interfaces,5G technology,Internet of Things technology,voice recognition,face recognition,and sumatosensory interaction,has provided more techinical and theoretical support for the interactive way of smart kitchen appliances.Interaction methods tend to be diversified.In this context,the design of intelligent kitchen appliances should look for ar interaction theory that is people-oriented,makes the product easy to understand,and more convenient to operate.Thi s article mainly combines the theory of tangible interfaces to study the design m ethod of smart kitchen appliances.The purpose is to ultimately reduce the user's learning burden on smart products,enhance the display performance of the product.,and make the operation of the product easier to understand.1.This paper is based on the principle of people-oriented design principles,and based on the theory of entity interaction from,the perspective of user needs to product design needs,first completes a user satisfaction survey on existing smart kitchet appliances through a questionnaire.Select a target product design sample.The KJ method is used to integrate the start-up effects to achie.ve the mining,expansion and dassi ficatian of the hidden needs of users.Establishing a design reqnirement correlation evaluation list based on the entity interaction characteristics provides a basis for determining the importance of the requirem ents.2 Then use the entity interaction theory MCRpd model and design principles to process the tangible interfaces correlation degree of the demand data,assign the correlation coefficient to the secondary demand,design the Kano questionnaire,combine the Kano model,import the demand elements and the correlation coefficient,and pass The furmula calculates the absolute importance and relative importance of the secondary demand.Construct a model of design requirements for smart kitch en appliances based on tangible interfaces.Use this mo d el as the starting imput for the design of the entire kitchen smart appliance.This research complements the hidden demand mining method of kitchen smart appliances users based on entity interaction theory.3.Extract the elements of product entity interaction in multiple interaction levels,give full play to the starting effect of implicit memory on the user's product,and revers ely use the characteristics of entity interaction concept to convert digital information into physical control through the media to complete the target product.The transformation and extraction of the tangible interfaces elem ents of the system integrate the tangible interfaces elements on the target product to the greatest extent.4.Through the QFD House of Quality and using the tangible interfaces characteri stics as a design bridge,the importance of the demand elements obtained from the demand model is convert ed into the importance of the tangible interfaces design elements.Based on the characteristics of the entity interaction concept,the degree of coupling between product functional requirements and entity interaction elements is determined.Finally,the shape grammar is used to perform explicit deduction on the highly coupled elements to obtain the explicit styling design factors based on the target products of the smart kitchen appliances.The optimal solution is determined through the deduction process and the user's intention to obtain the target product prototype.Based on this,a complete intelligent kitchen appliance design model based on tangible interfaces is constructed.In the end,this article is based on entity interaction,combining,qualitative and quantitative research methods,quantifies the design requirements,extracts and transforms the importance of the target product entity interaction elements,provides explicit design factors for product design,and builds extity-based interaction.The demand model and design method model for the design of intelligent kitchen appliances finally provided new ideas and reference methods for the design and research of related products of intelligent kitchen appliances.
