The polymer composed of hydrophilic and hydrophobic polymer segments is defined amphiphilic block polymer.Different interactions between hydrophilic and hydrophobic polymer segments in solvents lead to self-assembly of amphiphilic block copolymers in aqueous solution,resulting in the formation of rodlike and spherical micelles with different structures.Polymeric material with different structure and function can be obtained by changing the monomer types in amphiphilic block polymers as well as the ratio between hydrophilic monomer and hydrophobic monomer.In this thesis,two amphiphilic block copolymers were synthesized by reversible additional-fragmentation chain transfer(RAFT)polymerization.The details are as follows:1.Primarily,a functional monomer of benzoxazine(HPM-s-BOZ)containing maleimide was designed and synthesized.Subsequently,a benzooxazine polymer with homogeneous dispersion in water phase was successfully prepared by RAFT polymerization.The hydrophobic P(BOZ)copolymer as the"core"and P(OEGMA-CH3)as the hydrophilic"outer arm"in aqueous solution.This modified method is easy to synthesize and effectively overcomes the disadvantage of poor water-solubility of traditional benzooxazine resin,which expands the application prospect of benzooxazine resin in flexible materials/water-soluble materials.2.A novel amphiphilic block copolymer(NIR-?)optical probe P(OEGMA-co-DO3A-Nd3+)-b-(n-BMA-Dye)was synthesized by RAFT polymerization.The hydrophobic P(n-BMA-Dye)copolymer as the"core"and P(OEGMA-co-DO3A)as the hydrophilic"outer arm"in aqueous solution.Meanwhile,the Nd3+was introduced into the hydrophilic chain segment by chelation.Such synthetic route is simple and has high yield.More importantly,the micellar structure formed by the optical probe in water could effectively prevent the concentration quenching effect of the dye.The NIR-? emission spectra and imaging data show the excellent optical properties of the optical probe.Moreover,the safety test results show that the optical probe has good stability and biological safety.Therefore,the NIR-? optical probe has the potential to achieve NIR-? imaging and clinical transformation in living organisms.
