The implantation of bone defects caused by bone related diseases or accidents has become an important clinical challenge.After the implantation of materials,the human body has a good response to the implants,but the bacterial infection and osteogenic activity after the implantation of materials are insufficient,which affect the therapeutic effect of bone implants.Titanium(Ti)and its alloys have been widely used as orthopedic implants due to their good biocompatibility,excellent corrosion resistance and mechanical properties.However,Ti based materials lack osteogenic activity and antibacterial properties,and are limited in practical application.It is very important to modify and functionalize Ti based materials to improve cell affinity,osteogenic activity and antibacterial properties.The following is the research content of this paper :(1)Ti based nanocomposite coatings with good and sustained osteogenic activity were prepared by pulsed electrochemical deposition(PED).Based on the doping characteristics of polypyrrole(PPy),hydroxyapatite nanoparticles(HA-NPs)and dexamethasone(Dex)were introduced on the surface of Ti based materials to realize the co deposition of HA NPs and Dex.PPy@HA/Dex The nano particles on the surface of the nanocomposite coating are evenly distributed and have good physiological stability and biological activity,as well as excellent osteogenic activity,angiogenic performance and good biological activity.(2)The Ti based nanocomposite coating with good,continuous osteogenic and antibacterial properties was prepared by ped.The electrochemical drive of the quaternary ammonium chitosan(HTCC)with cationic polymer moves to the cathode under the action of electric field to realize its cathodic deposition.In addition,the co deposition of HA NPs and Dex was realized by using the doping characteristics of PPy.PPy@HA/Dex/HTCC The nanoparticles on the composite coating are distributed evenly,have good physiological stability and long-lasting antibacterial property,and also have excellent osteogenic activity,vascular performance and good biological activity.(3)PPy@Cu/Pamidronate(PD)composite coating was fabricated on Ti surface by ped.Based on the regulation of PPy,the high affinity of PD for calcium ion and the inherent light response ability of Cu,the material can produce ROS by external light stimulation to achieve the purpose of rapid sterilization.The results show that,PLLA@PDA/Cu The nanoparticles on the surface of the fiber are evenly distributed and small in size,which has the ability of rapid sterilization and physiological stability.
