Because of the strong heterogeneity of reservoirs,heavy oil reservoirs are prone to problems of uneven gas suction in gas injection wells and uneven steam suction in steam stimulation wells when fire flooding enhanced steam stimulation,there will even be a rush of single layer when injected air and will cause gas channeling.It is need to profile the gas injection wells and steam wells to improve the gas suction and steam suction wells and development conditions.The pitching technology plugging gas injection wells and steam stimulation wells to plug high permeability formations with simple process and low cost ratio.This paper focuses on the problem of uneven gas suction in gas injection wells and uneven steam suction in steam stimulation wells when fire flooding enhanced steam stimulation,and considered the feasibility of pitching,developed plugging balls for gas injection wells and steam stimulation wells and given the plugging process.First,through the numerical simulation of the reservoir,the suction(steam)law of the fire flooding enhanced steam stimulation production reservoir was studied.Secondly,the plugging ball of gas injection well and steam stimulation well was developed.Furthermore,through plugging experiments and theoretical calculations of the blasthole ball throwing,the ball plugging motion of fire flooding gas injection wells and steam stimulation wells was studied.Finally,the method of ball plugging and plugging control for fire flooding gas injection wells and steam stimulation wells that meet the requirements of on-site construction is given.
