Research And Application Of Chemical Washing Detergent For Treating Oily Soil From Jidong Oilfield

During the exploration,development,refining and transportation of petroleum,oily soil is created because of different accidents,causing severe environmental pollution.Jidong oilfield locates in Bohai area where environmental requirement is very high,so the treatment of oily soil has been attached great importance.Chemical washing has many advantages including low pollution,low energy consumption,easy processing craft,low investment and effective petroleum recovery,which is not only a hotspot resource utilization technology but also the main method to dispose oily soil used in oilfield.Based on investigation and survey on treating technologies,aiming at characteristics of oily soil from Jidong oilfield,this dissertation develops study on chemical washing detergent,designs agent's formulation,optimizes indoor washing technical parameters and carries out preliminary field test,providing valuable reference for treatment of oily soil in Jidong oilfield.Results indicate that:(1)Oily soil from G66X9 and NP41-36 well have similar properties including oil,water and solid content,p H,four component content,but have big difference in carbon number distribution of petroleum contained.Combined with cost analysis,the best formulation is confirmed as: the ratio of sodium dodecyl sulfate and sodium carbonate is 1:5,with 20% urea.(2)The influence of solid-liquid-ratio,washing temperature,washing time and p H on detergent's washing performance is observed.The best washing technical parameters is confirmed as: solid-liquid-ratio is 1:5 g/m L,washing temperature is 75 ?,washing time is 30 min,and p H is 8.(3)Field test of chemical washing detergent was preliminarily carried out,achieving good performance.The oil content of oily soil after washing decreases 97.9%in comparison with that before washing.The treatment cost is about 125 CNY/t.
