Many onshore oilfields in my country have entered the high water cut period successively.According to statistics,the water content of the produced fluid in various oil fields in my country has reached 70% to 95%.The major oilfields in my country have begun to use unheated gathering and transportation technology,and the water quality of different blocks in each oilfield is incompatible,which causes a large amount of dirt in the oilfield gathering and transportation pipelines.The clogging of pipelines in the joint station is mostly caused by pipeline fouling,which will reduce the efficiency of pipeline transportation,and will cause production accidents when the situation is serious.In this paper,calcium carbonate scaling was experimentally studied through the calcium carbonate cold finger scaling experiment,and on the basis of the experimental data,the scaling model of calcium carbonate deposition on the cold wall surface was predicted.A cold finger experimental device for calcium carbonate scaling was designed.Using CFX software,the internal flow field of the fluid inside the bucket stirring paddle was simulated when the fluid flowed around the cold finger.The fluid flow around the cold finger was laminar.It solves the problem that the flow of the fluid is turbulent when the common stirring paddle stirs the fluid in the reaction kettle,so the bucket-shaped stirring paddle is suitable for the experiment.Using calcium chloride,sodium bicarbonate and deionized water as the experimental medium,the calcium carbonate scaling experiment under different liquid temperature differences was completed,and the effects of the temperature,flow rate,scale-forming ion concentration(hardness),p H value,etc.The influence of factors on the thermal resistance of the calcium carbonate scale deposited on the cold finger.Taking the backwater injection pipeline of the combined station as the engineering background without heating,the scale of calcium carbonate on the cold wall surface was explored.Analyze the main factors affecting calcium carbonate scaling,and therefore model prediction of calcium carbonate cold finger dynamic scaling,and verify the experimental data of calcium carbonate scaling in order to have the function of predicting the actual pipeline scaling,to achieve the auxiliary actual The effect of production.
