As the country's increasing demand for energy,storage tanks,as the main facility for crude oil storage and product oil transfer,are widely used in the petroleum and petrochemical industry.Among them,the fixed-top storage tank is mainly used to store fuel oil,diesel oil,lubricating oil and other oil products due to its characteristics of keeping the oil in the tank clean and atmospheric.The wall of the storage tank is subject to the influence of hydraulic pressure and the weight of the storage tank for a long time,which makes it easily deformed due to stress concentration,which leads to the damage of the storage tank and the leakage of crude oil,which poses a serious safety hazard to the tank area.Therefore,it is of great significance to prevent and control the safety accidents of storage tanks by mastering the geometric deformation detection and evaluation technology of fixed-top storage tank walls and fully understanding the deformation damage mechanism of fixed-top storage tank structures caused by different factors.(1)In order to grasp the calculation accuracy of the storage tank geometry detection under different experimental schemes,it provides an efficient and accurate experimental scheme for the fixed roof storage tank geometry detection,and adopts the in-tank detection and out-of-tank detection schemes for the fixed-top storage tanks to perform the deformation parameter accuracy.Explore effective storage tank inspection solutions.(2)In order to explore a set of data processing methods and theories suitable for the storage tank structure,the collected dense and scattered point cloud data will be effectively compressed.Taking the experimental tank as the research object,the random reduction,curvature method and octree method were used to simplify the point cloud data of the fixed roof storage tank obtained by the 3D laser scanning technology.It provides a good basis for the subsequent calculation of the geometric deformation parameters of the storage tank,improves the detection efficiency of the three-dimensional laser scanning technology,and saves time and cost.(3)The system introduces the workflow of on-site scanning and data processing of storage tanks based on 3D laser scanning technology.And through the scan data of the storage tank with fixed roof on site,the deformation parameters such as radial deviation,ellipticity and inclination of the storage tank are calculated.(4)In order to grasp the deformation response behavior of fixed roof storage tanks under different load conditions,a finite element model of a fixed roof storage tank of a petrochemical company was constructed.The deformation response law of the storage tank under the action of various factors such as settlement,hydraulic pressure,wind load and so on is analyzed.Analyze the reason of the deformation of the storage tank,identify the dangerous weak links in the operation of the storage tank,and provide scientific and technical advice on inspection and maintenance.
