In order to improve the tribological properties of a type of lubricating and wear-resistant coating,a low friction coefficient and wear-resistant solid lubricating coating was prepared by exploring the coating formula and improving the preparation process.The tribological properties of the new composite solid lubricating coating were studied,and the mechanism of reducing friction and anti-wear of the coating was analyzed.Firstly,the coating was optimized by adding new lubricating phase(magnesium hydroxysilicate,MSH)and filler(nano Ni)on the basis of the existing formula.It is found that the friction coefficient of the coating decreases with the addition of nano Ni,the wear resistance of the coating can be increased with appropriate amount of MSH.Ni and MSH show a synergistic effect in reducing friction and anti-wear.With the help of scanning electron microscope(SEM),energy dispersive spectrometer(EDS)and other equipments,the morphology and composition of the friction area were characterized,and the wear mechanism and friction reduction mechanism of the coating were explored.The results show that the wear debris is thin sheet after adding nano Ni,and the transfer film can form readily on the surface of the friction parts,The main wear forms are sliding surface fatigue caused by cyclic stress and adhesive wear.The solid lubrication coating was optimized by improving the surface pretreatment process of the substrate and coating curing process.The results show that the roughness of the substrate has an effect on the wear resistance of the coating.When the substrate is polished by 1000 mesh metallographic sandpaper,the wear resistance of the coating is better;Curing temperature of 220? can effectively improve the bonding strength between coating and substrate.The properties(morphology,thickness,roughness and adhesion)of the improved coating were tested,and all the indexes met the requirements.The tribological properties of the coating under different rotating speeds and loads were studied.The results show that the coating exihibitsthe best tribological properties when the rotating speed is 500 rpm and the load is 2N.Finally,the effect of storage time on the tribological properties of the coating was investigated.It was found that the lubrication and wear resistance of the coating were greatly improved after 168 h and 360 h storage at room temperature.In conclusion,the addition of nickel and magnesium hydroxysilicate can improve the tribological properties of the composite solid lubrication coating,which has important reference and practical application significance for the research of molybdenum disulfide composite solid lubrication coating.
