In recent years,environmental protection,health,and comfort have gradually become consumers'considerations when purchasing textiles.New textile fiber materials provide new ways for intelligent and multifunctional textiles.This subject studied the appearance,mechanical properties,temperature regulation,and antistatic properties of viscose-based temperature-controlling fibers and graphene-modified polyester fibers,and selected long-staple cotton fibers with good hygroscopicity and good spinnability.With its blending,according to the carding,mixing and other problems,different blending ratios and spinning process parameters are set to obtain a fine-tuned,high-performance tempered graphene blended yarn.Then determine the reasonable weaving process route of the temperature-adjustable graphene composite functional fabric,develop a multi-function temperature-adjustable graphene composite fabric,and conduct fabric performance testing and comprehensive performance evaluation to determine the fiber content of the fabric with the optimal comprehensive performance.(1)Study on the structure and properties of viscose-based thermal storage tempered fiber and polyester-based graphene fiber.Scanning electron microscopy(SEM)results showed that the longitudinal surface of the viscose thermal storage and temperature-adjusting fibers exhibited uneven irregular protrusions;the graphene-modified polyester fibers exhibited a cylindrical shape with graphene powder nanosheets distributed on the surface.The Raman spectrum shows that graphene D-,G-,and 2D peaks appear at graphene-modified polyester fibers at 1347.1cm-1,1581.3cm-1,and 2647.8cm-1shifts.The breaking strength of the tempered fiber was 2.42 c N/dtex and the breaking elongation was 9.71%.The DSC test results showed that the melting enthalpy was 15.09 J/g,the crystallization enthalpy was 14.60 J/g,and the enthalpy was high.Graphene-modified polyester fiber has a breaking strength of 5.21c N/dtex,a breaking elongation of 13.63%,a volume specific resistance value of 1.6×108?·cm,a far-infrared emissivity of 0.90,and a far-infrared temperature rise of 2.3?.It has antistatic and far-infrared emission Features.(2)Study on spinning technology and performance of tempering/graphene composite yarn.The design temperature/graphene/long-staple cotton fiber blending ratio is30/50/20,50/30/20,70/20/10,and the yarn linear density is 9.8tex.Developed three kinds of tempered graphene composite yarns through each production process of front spinning and back spinning.The test results show that the tempered/graphene/long-staple cotton(30/50/20)yarn has good strength,elongation at break,and the best evenness of sliver.The DSC curves of the three blended yarns showed obvious endothermic and exothermic peaks,and the temperature adjustment function was reversible.The temperature adjustment range of tempering/graphene/long-staple cotton(70/20/10)yarn is 16.21?30.02?,and the phase change enthalpy is the highest.(3)Development and performance analysis of tempering/graphene composite fabrics.Based on the mechanical performance test results of tempered graphene composite yarn and the basic requirements for yarn performance when weaving on the machine,we designed reasonable fabric specifications and main machine parameters for weaving on the machine,and liquid ammonia finishing the fabric.The breathability of the fabric treated with liquid ammonia increased by 28.4%,and the fluffing and pilling situation was also significantly improved.Meanwhile,the test results show that the temperature-adjusted/graphene/long-staple cotton(70/20/10)fabric has the highest Q-MAX value,the best cold and warm contact performance,the largest temperature adjustment range and the highest enthalpy value.The static half-life of tempered/graphene/long-staple cotton(30/50/20)fabric is 4.1s,which is evaluated as A-class antistatic fabric.The antibacterial rates of the three fabrics against Staphylococcus aureus,E.coli,and Candida albicans were all greater than 90%,and the temperature control/graphene/long-staple cotton(70/20/10)fabrics had the best antibacterial properties.(4)Comprehensive evaluation of tempering/graphene composite fabric performance.The grey near-optimal comprehensive evaluation method is used to obtain the comprehensive performance evaluation order of the fabric:tempering/graphene/long-staple cotton(70/20/10)Warm/graphene/long-staple cotton(50/30/20).When the blending ratio of the viscose-based thermal storage tempering fiber/graphene polyester modified fiber/long-staple cotton fiber is 70/20/10,the comprehensive performance of the fabric is optimal.This thesis contains 23 figures,21 tables,and 83 references.
