Up to now,Aspergillus flavus toxin B1 is the most toxic natural carcinogen. It is widely distributed and harmful and seriously affects human and animal health. In the field of toxicity assessment, food safety, and environmental monitoring, the new rapid detection method of trace aflatoxin B1 has become an urgent need of modern society. The traditional aflatoxin B1 detection method has been plagued by slow detection speed, high detection cost, complex process, and professional operation.Electrochemical luminescence detection is a new detection strategy with excellent comprehensive performance, such as fast detection speed, low cost, and simple process.Based on Carbon-based fluorescent two-dimensional nanomaterials carbon nitride,a new electrochemiluminescence biosensor for aflatoxin B1 is proposed. The main contents are as follows.1.Preparation of two-dimensional graphite carbon nitride(g-C3N4)nanosheets and its application as luminescent substrate;2.Construction and performance evaluation of aflatoxin B1 carbon nitride/aptamer electroluminescent biosensor;3.Analyse of detection mechanism of carbon nitride/aptamer electroluminescent biosensor.Based on the above research, the aflatoxin B1 aptamer electroluminescent biosensor method was initially established. The detection limit of aflatoxin B1 was as low as 0.004 ng/mL and the linear range was as wide as 0.005 ng/mL?10 ng/mL under the optimal detection conditions of graphite phase carbon nitride preparation temperature 550?,persulfate concentration 0.1 M and detection environment pH 7.4,and it has good specificity and excellent anti-interference ability. This paper provides some experimental basis and theoretical reference for the design and construction of a high-performance mycotoxin biosensor. There are 45 figures,4 tables, and 93 references.
