In this paper,due to certain limitations of the commonly used plugging agents in the Qidong 1 area of Xinjiang Oilfield,the fractured reservoirs cannot meet the needs of deep sealing in actual production.Through the use of parallel core displacement device,three-dimensional flat panel model and low-field nuclear magnetic resonance equipment simulation study and analysis of the reservoir channeling law,combined with a large number of indoor off-line material model displacement tests.The design and development screened out a profile control agent whose main components are acrylamide,crosslinking agent and auxiliary agent are N,N-methylenebisacrylamide,ammonium persulfate and starch.The channeling agent has good toughness and material strength.The gelation time is not sensitive to salinity,temperature and p H.After gelation,it forms both a rigid skeleton of natural polymers and a flexible branch of the polymer.The rigid and flexible three-dimensional cross-linked network macromolecular copolymer has good migration ability before gel formation.After gel formation,after being washed by various fluids,the plugging rate can still be kept above 99%.Based on the combination of the new channeling agent and the original plugging technology,the ASG injection speed,injection volume,cross-linked polymer injection volume and slug combination were re-optimized.Several well groups were tested in the field.Through sufficient preliminary well group investigation,reasonable sealing channel design and control of construction site operation during the construction,the well area dynamics improved significantly and the oil production increased.The average daily oil increase is 7.35t,the well group's average daily decrease in production fluid is 7.7m~3,the water cut is 14.66%,and the cumulative oil increase in one year is 0.27×10~4t.
