Vitamin E is a good fat-soluble antioxidant and has a significant effect on skin diseases.The vitamin E cream prepared by it is a commonly used medical skin care product in clinic,which has the function of moisturizing skin and anti-oxidation.Tilapia skin peptide is a collagen peptide extracted from tilapia skin by enzymatic hydrolysis,which has nutritional and antioxidant effects.In this paper,the preparation conditions and moisture retention of Tilapia Skin peptide vitamin E cream were studied.Through sensory evaluation,centrifugation and viscosity,the preparation process conditions were selected.The effect of Tilapia Skin peptide on the compound cream was studied by sensory evaluation,particle size,viscosity,p H value and stability.In order to expand the application of Tilapia Skin peptide vitamin E cream and enrich the variety of vitamin E cream,the moisturizing ability of the prepared Tilapia Skin peptide vitamin E cream was compared with the moisture retention rate and body surface moisture retention rate.It can provide reference for the development and utilization of Tilapia Skin and the further research of Tilapia Skin peptide vitamin E cream.The main results are as follows:1.The preparation conditions of o/w Tilapia Skin peptide vitamin E cream were studied.The formula is composed of oil phase(stearic acid,octadecanol,monostearate glycerin),water phase(Tween-80,triethanolamine,glycerin,nipagin ethyl ester),spare liquid(Tween-80,vitamin E)and purified water.The method of adding purified water is to add 3 / 5 purified water to the water phase,and then add the remaining purified water.The method of adding Tilapia Skin peptide is to dissolve Tilapia Skin peptide in purified water.The preparation process of vitamin E cream was as follows: firstly,the Tilapia Skin peptide was dissolved in purified water.Then,the oil phase composition is put in a suitable container,heated to 70-80 ? in a water bath,and the components are melted and kept at the set temperature to obtain the oil phase.Then,the components of the water intake phase are put in suitable containers,heated to 70-80 ? in a water bath,and the components are melted and kept in the set temperature.3/5 peptide water solution is added to stir to make them even to prepare the water phase.Finally,weigh the spare liquid in a suitable container,stir evenly at50-60 ? and keep it in the set temperature.The prepared oil phase was added to the water phase and stirred evenly at 70-80 ?.Then add the spare solution and the remaining Tilapia Skin peptide solution,stir quickly with a stirrer to form frost.Finally,the vitamin E cream was taken out at room temperature to cool it naturally.2.Take the sensory evaluation,scale,viscosity,p H value,room temperature retained sample observation test,heat resistance and low temperature resistance,and centrifugal test as the evaluating indicator to the sample cream which adding tilapia skin peptide according to the dosage of 0%,0.2%,0.4%,0.6%,0.8% and 1.0%.The results showed that with the increase of Tilapia Skin peptide dosage,the appearance color of the cream gradually deepened,the odor of Tilapia Skin peptide gradually strengthened,the coating property gradually improved,the viscosity gradually decreased,and the p H value gradually decreased to 7.The diameter of frost particles was not more than 180 ? m,which was in accordance with the Pharmacopoeia.There was no significant difference in appearance,odor and coating property of the sample cream stored at room temperature after 1 month.There was no significant change in the properties of the samples before and after the frost resistance test,and there was no oil-water separation phenomenon after returning to room temperature.After the heat resistance test,the frost properties of the samples softened slightly,and there was no obvious oil-water separation phenomenon after the room temperature was restored.Centrifugal test showed that the stability of the sample cream was better when the dosage of Tilapia Skin peptide was 0.6%-1.0%.3.The moisture retention of the sample cream was studied.In the environment of RH = 81%,the moisture retention rate of the sample cream decreased with the increase of time within 24 hours.In the first 8 hours,the moisture retention rate of the control was relatively large,but there was no difference between the moisture retention rate of the sample cream R5.After 8 hours,the moisturizing rate of the sample cream was higher than that of the control.In the environment of RH = 43%,the moisture retention of the sample cream R0-R5 and the control sample decreased gradually.The moisturizing rate of sample cream R5 in 24 hours was better than that of control and other 5 sample creams.Skin moisturizing effect showed that R4 had the best moisturizing effect after applying the sample cream to healthy skin subjects.At 60 minutes,the skin moisturizing rate of the sample cream was higher than that of the 10% glycerin solution and the control cream.
