The technology of Magnetically Coupled Resonance Wireless Power Transfer(MCR_WPT)can realize the high-efficiency transmission of electric energy over a long distance.Since it was proposed by the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in 2008,Scholars at home and abroad and in view of the magnetic coupling resonant can radio transmission technology,a large number of studies in a hot and difficult problem of the present study is how to utilize the limited size of the coil to achieve high efficiency over a long distance power transmission,in order to solve the problem,this paper using the negative permeability properties of electromagnetic metamaterials can to reduce the radio transmission system of magnetic flux leakage.Thus,the transmission efficiency and transmission distance of the system can be increased.In addition,in order to reduce the resonance frequency of the electromagnetic metamaterial,the electromagnetic metamaterial unit with mosquito coil structure is adopted in this paper.In this paper,the circuit model and the field-circuit coupling model of MCR_WPT structure are established,and the transmission characteristic formula of the system is deduced.The field-path coupling model is used to analyze the variation of the transmission characteristics of the system with frequency and transmission distance.Combined with the transmission characteristics formula,the resonator coil parameters are designed by using Matlab numerical simulation.Secondly this paper by using finite element method,using the method of conservation of electromotive force,the metal cylinder structure,SRR structure is deduced,mosquito-repellent incense body structure and square coil electromagnetic metamaterials structure unit of the formula of equivalent permeability,and by using numerical simulation design of the equivalent permeability of 1-0.001 j electromagnetic metamaterials,electromagnetic metamaterials resonance frequency is 6.78 MHz.Operating frequency is 8MHz.At the same time,the basic principle of magnetic field regulation of electromagnetic metamaterials is analyzed,and the magnetic leakage of the system is reduced and the transmission efficiency of the system is increased by using the negative permeability of electromagnetic metamaterials.Finally,this paper carried out field-circuit coupling simulation for the magnetic coupled resonant radio energy transmission system(WPTS)designed in this paper,and carried out experimental verification at the same time.The experimental results show that when the transmission distance varies between 10cm-60cm,the efficiency of the system with electromagnetic metamaterial is greater than that of the system without electromagnetic metamaterial.When the transmission distance varies between 35cm-50cm,the efficiency of the system with electromagnetic metamaterial is higher than that of the system without electromagnetic metamaterial.When the transmission distance is 40cm,the transmission efficiency of the system without electromagnetic metamaterial is 25%,and that of the system with electromagnetic metamaterial is 58%,and the efficiency of the system is improved by 33%,which is the biggest improvement.The experiment proves that the electromagnetic metamaterial designed in this paper has the ability to improve the system efficiency,and the simulation results are in good agreement with the simulation results.The correctness of the theoretical deduction,parameter design and simulation analysis in this paper is proved by the experiment.
