As a semi active control material,Magnetorheological elastomer has good magnetorheological effect and solves the problems of magnetic particle settlement and poor stability.Therefore,it has a broad prospect in practical application,but further research is needed to promote its application.In this paper,the composite rubber based magnetorheological elastomer is taken as the research object,and its preparation process,viscoelastic properties and mechanical properties are studied.A variable stiffness magnetorheological elastomer bearing is designed.The main contents and conclusions of this paper are as follows(1)Using natural rubber,butadiene rubber and carbonyl iron powder as preparation materials,a composite rubber-based magnetorheological elastomer was prepared under field conditions,and the vulcanization test and hardness test were carried out.The test results showed that: iron powder content The increase will significantly improve the vulcanization reaction and hardness(2)Based on the factors of strain amplitude and load frequency,the viscoelastic properties of magnetorheological elastomer under different influence factors were tested.The test results show that the storage modulus,loss modulus and loss factor first increase and then decrease with the increase of strain amplitude and frequency.The higher the content of iron powder is,the greater the influence of load frequency is.Payne effect is significant,And it shows a strong correlation with frequency(3)The static tensile test of magnetorheological elastomer is carried out.The test showed that the tensile strength of the magnetorheological elastomer will increase correspondingly with the increase of the iron powder content,and the higher the iron powder content,the more obvious the enhancement effect.(4)The dynamic properties of magnetorheological elastomer were tested under different magnetic field,load frequency,strain amplitude and iron powder content.From the analysis of the force displacement hysteretic curve obtained from the test,it can be seen that the magnetic field strength mainly affects the shear storage modulus and shear loss modulus;the low frequency has a significant effect on the shear storage modulus and shear loss modulus,but has the opposite effect on the loss factor;the energy consumption is greatly affected by the displacement amplitude.(5)In this paper,based on the preparation of magnetorheological elastomer,a magnetorheological elastomer isolation bearing is designed,and its structure and magnetic circuit are theoretically calculated.The calculation results show that if the seismic isolation support reaches the target magnetic field strength,the number of turns required for the coil is1700 turns,and the current changes in the range of 0?3A.The accuracy of the magnetic circuit design is obtained after the simulation analysis of the isolation bearing by the software COMSOL.
