| The coating on both ends of the metallized film capacitor is generally produced by arc spraying.Arc spraying technology is a kind of surface treatment technology that uses electric arc as heat source and is often used for strengthening,repairing and protecting the surface of materials.Arc spraying technology has the characteristics of portable operation,easy automatic production and excellent performance of the produced metal coating,and it is gradually popularized in the application field of surface treatment technology.At present,most of the arc spraying power supplies use flat power supplies to ensure the stability of the arc length during the arc combustion process.However,the arc combustion itself is an extremely complex process.With the intervention of compressed air and wire feeder,under the influence of various factors,the spraying system using traditional rectified arc spraying power supply has continuous arcing and arc breaking during the spraying process.This problem makes it impossible to meet the ever-increasing requirements of production technology.Therefore,researching new arc power control methods and improving arc combustion stability is of great significance to improving the quality of arc spray products and expanding the application scenarios of arc spray technology.This paper develops an inverter type arc spraying power supply,and builds an arc spraying system based on this,focusing on the design of arc spraying power supply and the influence of adaptive control methods on arc combustion stability,so as to improve the quality of coatings.effect.Based on the half-bridge inverter technology,the main circuit topology of the arc spraying power supply is designed;based on the 32-bit single-chip microcomputer PIC32MK1024MCF064,the power digital control system is designed to realize the sampling,identification and monitoring of the arc state of the arc spraying process,and control the power output to improve Improve the control accuracy and work efficiency of the power supply.Starting from the mechanism of arc continuous combustion,the arc continuous combustion model of arc spraying process is explored.When the arc is burning stably,the wire feeding speed has a linear relationship with the output power of the power supply;the relationship between the state of the arc combustion and the electrical signal(voltage,current)at each stage is studied,and an identification method of the arc combustion state is designed,and the spraying process Commonly encountered states such as wire sticking,arc extinguishing,and arc broken are transformed into digital signal features that can be recognized by the control system;based on the identification method,an adaptive control algorithm is designed to deal with abnormal phenomena in the arc spraying process.Pre-judgment and adjustment effectively reduce the frequency of arc extinguishing,improve the stability of voltage and current,and further improve the stability of arc spraying.Based on the above work,an arc gold spraying test system based on inverter power supply was built.Compared with traditional rectifier arc spraying power equipment,the system has stronger stability and environmental adaptability.The process test was carried out with zinc wire as the spraying material.The test results showed that the zinc coating obtained under the adaptive control method has improved particle fineness,coating temperature and uniformity. |
