As a nature geometric phenomenon chirality is widely exist,but people can only obtain materials with weak chirality in nature for a long period of time.The emergence of metamaterials makes it possible to artificially manufacture chiral materials.At present,chiral metamaterials have been applied to the fields of holographic imaging,high-sensitivity detection and stealth technology.However,most of the chiral metamaterials are single structure chirality or dielectric chirality,and few studies combine the two or combine two different forms of structure chirality,and there are also few people to consider how the chirality appears in a metasurface.These directions have broad research prospects,and they can help people further understand chirality,so that we can develop chiral metamaterials with new functions.In this dissertation,we use the FEM to simulate the chiral structure.We start from several achiral or weakly chiral nanostructures to study the changes in the optical properties of the structure after the introduction dielectric chirality into structure or the addition of other dimensions of chirality.The dielectric chirality have been introduced into the metasurfaces that have structural chirality afterwards,then we observe the influence of the cascade of structural chirality and dielectric chirality on the transmission characteristics of the entire nanostructure.It is believed that this work can provide some theoretical basis for future chirality research.This article mainly studies the influence of chirality on the nanostructure in the following situations:(1)The dislocation deformation of the two-dimensional circular hole array is simulated,and we analysis the influence of the chiral deformation from the zero chiral circular hole for transmittance;(2)The difference in transmittance caused by the nano-semicircular ring under the incident angle of circularly polarized light is analyzed;(3)Discuss the changes produced by the cascade of three-dimensional C-shaped chiral structure and dielectric chirality;(4)The S-shaped chiral structure first cascades with the three-dimensional C-shaped chiral structure,and then cascades with the dielectric chirality.
