The incidence and mortality of tumors remain high all year round,and they are major diseases threatening human health.Traditional tumor diagnosis and treatment methods face problems such as long treatment cycles,slow treatment effects,and strong side effects of treatment drugs.It is impossible to realize the precise and rapid requirements of tumor patients for tumor diagnosis and treatment.In recent years,with the continuous progress of scientific research,nanotechnology has opened up a new way for tumor labeling,diagnosis and treatment.Scientists use the photothermal effect,targeting effect and magnetic effect of nano materials for tumor diagnosis and treatment.In addition,some nano materials can also play a role in the treatment of diseases,and some nano materials can be used as positioning means in tumor diagnosis and treatment to monitor the treatment process in real time.Nano diagnosis and treatment technology overcomes the difficulties of traditional tumor treatment,and achieves the goal of targeted treatment of tumor.Fluorescent carbon nanodots(Carbon Dots,CDs),a new type of carbon-based nanomaterials that can emit fluorescence by themselves.On the basis of maintaining the characteristics of traditional nanomaterials,CDs have relatively high biocompatibility,which makes them have the advantage of low toxicity,so they are widely used in various fields of biology.At present,more and more researches focus on the application of carbon dots in tumor therapy.Therefore,we will apply the selected fluorescent carbon quantum dots to tumor therapy.In this study,through in vitro tumor cell experiments and nude mice subcutaneous tumor formation experiments,fluorescent nano-carbon dots were given for intervention therapy to explore the anti-tumor properties of CDs and their possible regulatory mechanisms.The results showed that: MTCDs fluorescent carbon dots have a good antitumor effect.Cell experiment: Through cell viability experiment and statistical analysis of IC50 value of tumor cells,it is found that MTCDs fluorescent carbon dots can have a better inhibitory effect on tumor cells.After subsequent cell proliferation,cell apoptosis and cell cycle experiments,it was observed that the colon cancer cell Lo Vo was the most inhibited by MTCDs fluorescent carbon dots.Animal experiment: A nude mouse tumorigenesis model was constructed by subcutaneously injecting Lo Vo cells into nude mice.The subcutaneous tumors of tumor-forming nude mice were given carbon dot intervention to measure the size of the tumor.It was found that the subcutaneous tumor volume of the nude mice in the control group continued to increase,and the growth of the subcutaneous tumor of the nude mice in the carbon dot intervention group was significantly inhibited.After the nude mice were dissected,the morphology of the main tissues and organs of the nude mice in the experimental group was observed,and there was no significant difference compared with the control group.Further molecular biology studies have found that MTCDs fluorescent carbon dots have a certain antioxidant function,and affect the expression of oxidative stress-related genes,thereby inhibiting tumors.This research verified the anti-tumor performance of fluorescent nano-carbon dots through a series of anti-tumor experiments in vivo and in vitro.Find a technical method to meet the needs of the disease,and realize a new breakthrough in the application of nanomaterials in tumor diagnosis and treatment.
