The composite material produces solidification deformation during the molding process,thereby forming part deviation,which affects the quality of product assembly.Unlike metal parts,composite parts often use co-curing autoclave molding technology.The structure and molding process are complex,and the resulting deviations need to be quantified.The deviation model related to the influencing factors is established.Provide theoretical and technical methods for the analysis and compensation of deviations from the assembly.Combining the structural characteristics of composite parts,by studying the influence of the curing deformation of composite parts on the deviation,adopting a new generation of product geometric technical specifications,and establishing a nonuniform rational B-Spline(NURBS)skin The surface model realizes the quantitative expression of the global deviation of the composite material part surface,and determines the technical route of the composite material part deviation modeling and compensation.Due to the regional geometric characteristics of the co-cured composite parts,based on the established NURBS skin surface model,through the local parameter adjustment of the deviation model,the global-local deviation model of the composite material part is established,and the deviation model is combined with the influencing factors.Correlation;using the finite element method to quantitatively analyze the influence factors of the deformation deviation of the composite material part,establish the finite element model of the part deviation and the mold surface antideformation compensation method,which can give the part deviation design reference value;use the composite material A typical co-cured hat-shaped reinforced skin is taken as an example to verify the correctness of the deviation model and compensation method of composite parts.Based on the deviation model of composite material parts,two assembly forms of composite material assembly are given,and the assembly deviation model of composite material surface profile and bolt hole is established;based on the assembly joint surface,the positioning registration and gap calculation method of the assembly deviation model are given.,Determine the parameters of the assembly deviation model;give the compensation method of the conformal gasket for the assembly deviation model of the joint surface.Taking the composite wing box section as an example,theoretical judgments are given on the deviation model and compensation method of the composite assembly.Based on the above models and algorithms,a prototype system of composite material deviation modeling and compensation software is developed.With the deviation modeling and compensation algorithm as the core,ABAQUS is used as the deviation solver to realize the integrated design workflow of composite material parts deviation modeling and compensation,composite material assembly deviation modeling and compensation,and the composite material typical cap Take the example of the type reinforced skin to verify the software.
