Liquor has a long history and many types,but the liquor market is mixed.Liquor counterfeiting has always existed and has become a global economic criminal activity.Counterfeit liquor greatly disrupts the normal market order,infringes the rights and interests of regular manufacturers and consumers,and ma y even cause personal injury to consumers.The traditional method generally uses packaging anti-counterfeiting technology,but at present,many real packaging or high imitation packaging is used to package fake liquor into real liquor,which is difficult for consumers to identify based on the packaging.With people's emphasis on food safety,realizing rapid and convenient detection of liquor has high practical application value.Spectrometry is used to achieve rapid contactless detecti on,which is widely used in the detection and analysis of liquor and other foods.In view of the current problem of measurement and analysis separation of spectrometry detection,this article combines self-developed micro spectrometer with Android platform to achieve convenient integration of liquor identification.Collecting wine spectral data through a micro-spectrometer,using the WiFi module equipped with the OpenWrt system to send the collected spectral data wirelessly,the Android platform receives and processes and graphically displays the spectral data,and integrates intensity-related spectral recognition algorithms,which can recognition and identification of liquor,while the Android platform can measure and control the spectrometer.The system is convenient for liquor detection and accurate identification.The main research contents of this article are as follows:Firstly,realize the data transmission and control between the Android platform and the spectrometer.The two are connected via WiFi or mobile phone hotspots.The spectrometer collects wine spectral data.The Android platform obtains the spectral data measured by the spectrometer through the network and analyzes it.After noise processing the spectral data,the corresponding spectral curve is drawn.At the same time,the laser intensity of the spectrometer can be controlled through the network serial port function,and the functions of automatic intensity adjustment,automatic measurement and intensity calibration are designed based on this.The interactive interface of this software is designed using MVC framework and various controls to make it easy to operate and reasonable in layout.Secondly,the strength-related identification is used to detect the wine samples.Establish a SQLite database to save the spectral data,and filter the related intensity spectral data in the database according to the measured intensity,and calculate the corresponding pearson correlation coefficient,as a basis for detection and identification.Finally,by testing different liquor samples and analyzing each function module and the overall operation of the system,the results show that the overall design of the system is reasonable and the operation is stable,each function module can achieve the expected function,the liquor recognition result is accurate,and the results of multiple measurements Relatively stable.The result proves that the liquor identification system based on the Android platform designed in this paper meets the design requirements of the integration of liquor identification and analysis.It is easy to operate and can realize the rapid and convenient detection of liquor.It has certain market application value.
