Research On Polyaniline As Supercapacitor Electrode Material

As one of the conductive polymers,polyaniline(PANI)has theoretical advantages such as large capacitance,high stability,low production cost,and environmental friendliness compared with other conductive polymers,and has gradually become the focus of research by domestic and foreign scholars.In actual synthesis,the polyaniline agglomeration is relatively serious,resulting in a large volume change during the reaction,which makes the battery cycle stability poor.In addition,the conductivity of intrinsic polyaniline is relatively poor,which brings about the problems of reduced electron conductivity and increased charge transfer resistance.Based on the above problems,polyaniline-based composites were synthesized by doping proton acids,doping in situ graphene materials and metal organic framework.In order to characterize the structure and morphology of the material,XRD,FT-IR,and SEM are used to test,EIS,CV,and GCD are tested using electrochemical workstations(such as LAND).First of all,the incorporation of protonic acid makes the polyaniline get better conductivity,increases the transfer rate and efficiency of charge and electrons,and makes the material easy to obtain relatively small impedance and good electrochemical performance.SEM images observed that the polyaniline particles aggregated and overlapped,indicating that the material agglomeration is more serious.The EIS test results show that the PANI(HCl O4)material has the smallest charge transfer resistance,and the CV diagram of the PANI(HCl O4)material has the largest closed area,indicating that it has the best specific capacitance value.According to the statistical results of GCD data,the electrochemical performance of the material has been improved after the modification.Compared with PANI,PANI(HCl O4)material has been greatly improved.The rate performance test and cycle performance have also been greatly improved.Secondly,the polyaniline/graphene composite is obtained by introducing graphene materials in situ.The large specific surface area of the graphene materials enables the aniline monomer to be effectively dispersed before polymerization.Thereby reducing the agglomeration of polyaniline.The SEM test chart shows that the graphene-based material is wrapped in polyaniline,which can serve as a"bridge"for electron migration inside the material,which is beneficial to the diffusion of electrolyte ions.EIS test results show that PANI/GO-Na BH4 material has the smallest charge transfer resistance.It can be known from the CV test that the reversibility of the composite is better than the polyaniline.The maximum CV curve area of the PANI/GO-Na BH4 material corresponds to the largest specific capacitance,which is consistent with the GCD test results.At the same time,the specific capacity of PANI/GO-Na BH4 material has increased compared with PANI material.The rate and cycle performance have also been greatly improved.Again,adding a certain proportion of GO and MOF materials to obtain PANI/GO/MOF ternary composite.The three-dimensional network structure formed by the synergy of the three greatly increases the stability of the composite material,which is conducive to weakening the volume change of polyaniline during the reaction.The embedding of GO and MOF materials inside the polyaniline are beneficial to the redox reaction process.The charge transfer in the electrolyte and the diffusion of electrolyte ions improve the various electrochemical properties of the material.Test results of EIS,CV and GCD show that PANI/GO/MOF ternary composite has excellent performances.Including ultra-high specific capacitance,good rate performance and excellent cycle performance.Finally,the market analysis of supercapacitors and polyaniline was conducted.Japan,the United States and other countries rely on advanced technology and funding to conduct research on supercapacitors before the country,but now China has a huge incentive policy and strategic support for the new energy business,so it can rely on this opportunity to develop vigorously.It has long been devoted to the research and production of supercapacitors,and has begun to take shape.Polyaniline itself has many advantages,such as environmental friendliness,low production cost and large-scale production,etc.So it has broad development prospects and huge market competitiveness.
